ObjectiveTo explore the Self-management behavior intervention effects in self-efficacy, self-management level, quality of life, psychological status,clinical symptoms and recurrence rate of psoriasis vulgaris. Through the implementation of self-management behavior intervention on patients, to promote patients’ self-management of the disease, so that the overall level of living is maintained at a relatively satisfactory level for a long time.MethodsRandom sampling method is selected in this study, all patients come from a certain level of first-class hospital in Harbin, from March 2015 to January 2016. According to random number table, all patients were divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was given self-management behavior intervention based on the control group. Routine nursing was performed for control group. Before and after three months of intervention,80 patients psoriasis vulgaris were evaluated by using Clinical Symptom Assessment Scale, General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) Scale, Self-Management Behavior Questionnaire For Patients With Psoriasis Vulgaris, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale. All the date put into SPSS 19.0 for statistical analysis, statistical tests were two-sided test, the test level of a=0.05, P<0.05 for difference with statistical significance.Result1.Before intervention, the general information、clinlcal symptom、 self-efficacy、anxiety and depression status、self-management and quality of life in two groups was no statistically significant (P>0.05).2.In group comparison, there was no significant difference in addition to self management (P>0.05),Compared with other evaluation indexes, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),of the control group. There were significant differences in the evaluation indexes of the experimental groups (P<0.05).3.Comparison of the prognosis between the two groups,Two groups of patients each evaluation index comparison, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). after the intervention, the clinical curative effect and the recurrence rate of the two groups were compared, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion1.Self-management behavior intervention can improve the self-efficacy level of patients with psoriasis vulgaris;2.Self-management behavior intervention can improve the self-management level of patients with psoriasis vulgaris;3. Self-management behavior intervention can improve the quality of life and mentality level of patients with psoriasis vulgaris;4. Self-management behavior intervention can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. And can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of disease.
