Clinical Study Of Xiaoyao Pill In The Treatment Of Chronic Perianal Eczema

Objective:To observe the effect and clinical effect of xiaoyao pill on anxiety and depression in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema.Methods:The 72 patients meeting the standard were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 36 patients in each group.In the control group,one bag of jinxuan hemorrhoid fumigation powder mixed with water was used for the situs bath at a time.After local drying,an appropriate amount of triamcinazole acetate cream was applied to the perianal lesions,morning and evening respectively.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was treated with xiaoyao pill orally,8 pills at a time,early,middle and late respectively,for a total of 4 weeks.Gender,age and course of disease of patients in the two groups were recorded respectively,scores of self-rating scale for anxiety and depression before and after treatment,scores of main symptoms and signs(itching,dampness,skin lesions)and total scores were recorded,and the improvement of anxiety and depression mood and clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:(1)After treatment,the overall efficacy of the two groups was compared between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The results showed that xiaoyao pill combined with jinxuan hemorrhoid fumigation and washing powder and triamcinolone acetate yakonazole cream were effective in treating chronic perianal eczema.(2)Before and after treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression self-rating scale,main symptoms and signs(itching,dampness,skin lesions)and the total scores were compared within the group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).The results showed that the anxiety and depression mood,itching,dampness,skin lesions and eczema of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.(3)The main symptoms and signs in both groups after treatment(no itching,moist,lesions form)integral compared between groups,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05),anxiety,depression self rating scale integration and the main symptoms and signs(no itching,moist,lesions form)totalintegral comparison between groups,with significant difference(P < 0.01).The results showed that the improvement of pruritus,dampness and skin lesions in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the overall improvement of anxiety,depression and eczema was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion: Chronic perianal eczema and anxiety and depression affect each other.Xiaoyao pill can significantly improve patients' anxiety and depression,contribute to the improvement of eczema,and improve the clinical efficacy,without adverse reactions,safe and effective.As a traditional Chinese medicine preparation,xiaoyao pill is economical and convenient,patient compliance is good,and can cooperate with long-term treatment.Oral xiaoyao pill can regulate psychological emotional state,which is easier to operate than psychological intervention measures and has lower professional requirements for anorectal doctors.To sum up,xiaoyao pill is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
