Usually patients extremely painful.ObjectiveTeacher Li Guangrui summaried the clinical experiences of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder prescription on chronic eczema treatment, the purpose of this study is to further analysis and improve the clinical efficacy, in order to improve clinical treatment for chronic eczema and create a new idea of clinical treatment.MethodsCollection of clinical 60 patients met the inclusion criteria for patients. Randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group has 30 cases. The treatment group oral Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder prescription, the control group oral Runzaozhiyang Capsule. Two weeks as a course of treatment.ResultsThe comparison of EASI integral of treatment group before and after treatment, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. The comparison of EASI integral of the treatment group and the control group after treatment, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The treatment group and the control group with comparison of efficiency, P<0.05, with statistical significance. The comparison of the degree of pruritus between treatment group and the control group after treatment, P>0.05, no statistical significance.Conclusions1. Chronic eczema through the use of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder prescription, lesion area and relieve the symptom, curative effect is better than that of control group.2. Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder prescription has quick effect, good curative effect with chronic eczema treatment process,and no obvious toxic side effect. Because of its high safety, good compliance and tolerance of patients, may have a further clinical promotion and research. |
