Objective:Taking the patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome)as the research object, taking the patients who have recovered for at least one year and healthy people as the control, the skin lesions of patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome)were evaluated by PASI score and itching degree. The immunological factors Th1 and Th2 related to psoriasis were detected by flow cytometry, and the psoriasis was summarized from the perspective of T-cell immunology. The characteristics of immune network of recurrent psoriasis vulgaris are summarized from the immunological point of view, and the characteristics of TCM syndromes of recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome)are summarized to provide new ideas for the treatment of recurrent psoriasis vulgaris. Methods:Ten patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the experimental group,10 patients who recovered for at least one year and 10 healthy persons as the control group.PASI score and pruritus degree score were applied to the skin lesions of patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome).Flow cytometry was used to detect the immune factors Th1 and Th2 related to psoriasis in experimental group and control group, and the experimental data were analyzed statistically.Result:1.The percentage of Th1 in the experimental group and the control group(including the healed group and the healthy group)were18.2900?7.17456,12.8300?3.29479 and 11.5300?3.71425? respectively, indicating that the expression of Th1 in the peripheral blood of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris blood-heat syndrome in the experimental group was higher than that in the healed group and the healthy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.042?0.016,< 0.05).2.The percentage of Th2 measured in the experimental group and the control group(including the healed group and the healthy group)were0.9500?0.35040,1.2500?0.74424 and 0.8700?0.58699,respectively.The results showed that the expression of Th2 in the peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome in the experimental group was not significantly different from that in the healed group and the healthy group(P= 0.264?0.716,> 0.05).3.In the correlation analysis between PASI score and Th1 and Th2 in the experimental group, the measurement value of Th1 correlation analysis was 14.2167 ? 5.70076,Th2 correlation analysis was1.0233?0.58703,and the average value of PASI score was 16.5500?5.08991.The correlation analysis showed that the correlation between Th1 measurement value and Th2 measurement value and PASI score was not statistically significant(P = 0.529?0.815,> 0.05).Conclusion:In this study, the Th1 content in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris is higher than that of healthy persons and cured persons, but the Th2 content in experimental group is not significantly different from that of healthy persons and cured persons. This study can support the important role of Th1 in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris and can be used as one of the micro-quantitative indicators of recurrent psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome. We can use Th1 level as the evaluation index of blood-heat syndrome in psoriasis vulgaris, and provide immunological basis for the prognosis andclinical diagnosis and treatment of blood-heat syndrome in psoriasis vulgaris. But,the mechanism of Th2 on psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome remains to be further studied. |
