Objective:By comparing the expression of Thl7 cells and Treg cells specific transcription factor RORyt and Foxp3 in peripheral blood between blood-heat syndrome patients with psoriasis vulgaris and normal control group, analyzed their correlation with blood-heat syndrome and tried to do some supplementary research of microcosmic syndrome differentiation for blood-heat syndrome with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:Real-time fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(real-time RT-PCR) was adopted to detect the expression level of Th17 cells and Treg cells specific transcription factor RORyt and Foxp3 in peripheral blood.Results:1. RORytmRNA and Foxp3mRNA in peripheral blood of psoriasis vulgaris group relative expression was 1.99±0.81,1.13±0.56, according to the normal control group, respectively the difference was statistically significant (T value were 2.50 and 2.57, P<0.05). Results indicated that the amount of RORytmRNA expression in peripheral blood of the sick group was significantly higher and that of Foxp3mRNA expression was significantly lower than the normal control group;2. The ratio of RORytmRNA and Foxp3mRNA in peripheral blood of psoriasis vulgaris group was 1.04±0.77, according to the normal control group, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. The high expression of Th17 cells specific transcription factor RORyt in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris is the evidence to support that Th17 cells participate in the occurrence of blood-heat syndrome in psoriasis vulgaris; the low expression of Treg cells specific transcription factor Foxp3 in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris is the evidence to support that Treg cells participate in the occurrence of blood heat-syndrome in psoriasis vulgaris. But the transcription factor RORyt and Foxp3 is just a small part of the Th17 and Treg cells which participate in the occurrence of blood-heat syndrome with psoriasis vulgaris, we should study the correlation between Th17, Treg cells and the blood-heat syndrome in psoriasis vulgaris from multi-level and multi-dimensional.2. Compare with the control group, the ratio of RORytmRNA and Foxp3mRNA in peripheral blood of psoriasis vulgaris group is no differences. But there are many evidences that the imbalance of Th17 cells and Treg cells is a key to the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris in recent years, RORyt is the transcription factor of Thl7 cells, and Foxp3 is the the transcription factor of Treg cells, the ratio of RORyt and Foxp3 can not reflect the imbalance of Th17 and Treg cells.
