Objective: 1.The purpose of this study is to observe the expression changes of IL-6,IL-12 and IL-21 related to JAK/STAT pathway in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome)treated with Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder and Acitretin capsule, and to improve the laboratory quantitative index of blood-heat syndrome.2.By comparing the changes of IL-6,IL-12 and IL-21 in peripheral blood of patients before and after treatment with Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder and Acitretin capsule, and comparing with those who were cured for more than one year, the action mechanism of cytokines was analyzed,so as to explore the related target factors for the follow-up study of the specific mechanism of Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder regulating JAK/STAT channel. Methods: 1.40 patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome)who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 20)and control group(n = 20).The patients in the experimental group were treated with Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder and the control group were treated with Acitretin capsule. After 8 weeks of treatment, the contents of IL-6,IL-12 and IL-21 in peripheral blood of the experimental group, the control group and the cured group before and after treatment were detected by liquid phase suspension chip technique. To analyze the regulatory effect of Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder on IL-6,IL-12 and IL-21.Results: The PASI scores of the experimental group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01).2.The contents of IL-6,IL-12 and IL-21 in the experimental group after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment.3.The content of IL-12 in the control group after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment, and the contents of IL-6 and IL-21 in the control group were significantly different(P < 0.01).4.There was no significant difference in the contents of IL-6,IL-12 and IL-21 between the test group and the control group.5.There were significant differences in IL-6,IL-12 and IL-21 between the experimental group and the cured group before treatment(P < 0.01,P < 0.05).There was significant difference in the content of IL-12 between the control group and the cured group before treatment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the contents of IL-6 and IL-21(P < 0.05).6.There was no significant difference in the contents of IL-6,IL-12 and IL-21 between the experimental group, the control group and the cured group after treatment(P > 0.05,P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The PASI score of patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris blood-heat syndrome after treatment with modified Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder is lower than that before treatment, indicating that Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder can improve the skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris.2.2.In this experiment, the relative contents of IL-6,IL-12 and IL-21 in the peripheral blood of the patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the cured patients before treatment, but there was no significant difference between the cured patients after treatment, indicating that the high expression of IL-6,IL-12 and IL-21 may be an important cause of psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome).3.Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder may play a therapeutic role by down-regulating the relative expression of JAK/STAT channel related factors IL-6,IL-12 and IL-21 in psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome).4.Maintaining the normal expression of IL-6,IL-12 and IL-21 may help to prolong the remission period of blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris and reduce the recurrence.
