Objective: 1.The purpose of this study is to reveal the micro material basis of blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris and provide objective indexes for TCM classification of psoriasis vulgaris by comparing the content of Th9 and th22 cells in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood heat syndrome)with those who have been cured for more than one year and healthy volunteers.2.By detecting the changes of Th9 and th22 cells in peripheral blood of patients before and after the treatment of Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder,and comparing with those who have been cured for more than one year and healthy volunteers,this paper explores part of the immunological mechanism and target of Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder to work,and provide new ideas and experimental basis for the treatment and "prevention recurrence after recovery" of psoriasis,so as to better guide clinical practice and serve patients.Methods: 1.Twenty patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome were selected as the experimental group,10 patients with clinical recovery(Recovery Group)and 10 healthy volunteers(Health Group)as the control.The Th9 and Th22 cells in peripheral blood of all subjects were detected by flow cytometry,and the expression differences among the patients with psoriasis,the recovery group and the health group were compared and analyzed.2.The experimental group was treated with Jiawei liangxuexiaofeng powder for eight weeks.The regulatory effect of Jiawei liangxuexiaofeng powder on Th9 and Th22 cells was analyzed by comparing the content of Th9 and Th22 cells in peripheral blood before and after treatment.Results: 1.There were statistical differences in Th9 cells content among patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood heat syndrome),those who had been cured for more than one year and those who were healthy.The Th9 cells in the patients group were highly expressed(P < 0.05)compared with the recovery group and the healthy group,respectively.There was no statistical significance between the recovery group and the healthy group(P > 0.05).2.There were statistical differences in Th22 cells content among patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood heat syndrome),patients who had been cured for more than one year and healthy people.The Th22 cells were highly expressed in patients with psoriasis vulgaris(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between patients with psoriasis vulgaris and healthy people(P > 0.05).3.After treatment,the PASI score of the experimental group was significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.01).4.After treatment,the relative content of Th9 cells in the experimental group decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the experimental group,recovery group and health group(P > 0.05).5.After treatment,the relative content of Th22 cells in the experimental group decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the experimental group,recovery group and health group(P > 0.05).6.Correlation analysis results: there was no significant correlation between PASI score,pruritus score and Dermatology Quality of Life score of patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood heat syndrome)and the relative expression level of Th9 and Th22 cells in their peripheral blood(P > 0.05).Conclusions: 1.After the treatment of Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder,the PASI score of patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood heat syndrome)is significantly lower than that before the treatment,indicating that Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder can alleviate the severity of skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris.2.In this study,the relative content of Th9 and Th22 cells in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris blood heat syndrome was significantly higher than that of recovery patients and healthy people,but there was no significant difference between recovery patients and healthy people,indicating that the high expression of Th9 and Th22 cells may be the important cause of recurrent psoriasis vulgaris,and Th9 and Th22 cells may be the micro index of psoriasis vulgaris blood heat syndrome.3.Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder may play an important role in the treatment of recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood heat syndrome)by down regulating the relative expression of Th9 and Th22 cells.4.The normal expression of Th9 and Th22 cells is helpful to the stability of immune system in patients with recurent psoriasis vulgaris(blood heat syndrome).The monitoring and continuous inhibition of over differentiation of Th9 and Th22 cells may prolong the remission period of psoriasis and reduce recurrence. |
