Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis Of Lung And Kidney Deficiency With Sheti Zhiqiu And Auricular Points

Objective: The purpose of this experimental study is to observe the curative effect of Sheti Zhiqiu Decoction combined with auricular points sticking on allergic rhinitis with deficiency of both lung and kidney.The purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy and safety of sheti Zhiqiu Decoction combined with auricular points sticking on allergic rhinitis with deficiency of both lung and kidney,and to seek a safe,effective,simple and easily accepted treatment method for allergic rhinitis,so as to provide relevant information for traditional medicine combined therapy.Methods:In this study,60 cases of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of both lung and kidney were randomly divided into control group(30cases)and experimental group(30 cases).The control group was treated with Sheti Zhiqiu formula.The experimental group was treated with auricular points on the basis of Sheti Zhiqiu formula(5 days a week).The two groups were treated for one week for a course of treatment,and required four weeks continuous treatment.Data were collected before treatment,1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Statistical knowledge was used to analyze and process the data,and relevant results were obtained.Results:Sixty patients with allergic rhinitis of deficiency of both lung and kidney were enrolled in this trial.During the treatment,one person in the experimental group and one in the control group fell off,29 in the final experimental group and 29 in the control group.In the course of treatment,data were collected and included in the analysis.1.After one week of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 17%,and the total effective rate was 7%.P >0.05,After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 59% in the experimental group and 41% in the control group.P > 0.05,After4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 93% in the experimental group and 86% in the control group.P > 0.05;2.After one week of treatment,nasal obstruction symptoms scores of the two groups were compared P<0.05.After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of nasal obstruction and sneezing symptoms in the two groups were different P< 0.05.After 4 weeks of treatment,nasal obstruction,sneezing and signs of the two groups were compared P<0.05.3.Compared with before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the scores of nasal obstruction,sneezing,runny nose,itching and nasal signs in the experimental group and the control group were all less than 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:.1.The therapeutic effect of Sheti Zhiqiu combined with auricular points therapy is similar to that of oral Sheti Zhiqiu alone in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of both lung and kidney.2.Sheti Zhiqiu has a definite effect on allergic rhinitis of deficiency of both lung and kidney.3.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the experiment,which indicated that Shenjun Zhilu combined with auricular points therapy was safe for allergic rhinitis of deficiency of both lung and kidney.
