Research Of Regularity Between Positive Reaction Auricular Points And Functional Constipation Of Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Yang And Deficiency Of Lung And Spleen Qi

Objective: By observing the number and distribution of positive reaction points of auricular points in functional constipation patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency and lung-spleen qi deficiency,the distribution regularity of positive reaction points of auricular points in functional constipation patients with different TCM syndromes was explored,which provided objective basis for auricular acupuncture treatment of functional constipation with spleen-kidney yang deficiency and lung-spleen qi deficiency.Methods: The ear acupoints were detected from 30 patients with functional constipation due to deficiency of spleen and kidney yang and 30 patients with deficiency of lung and spleen qi and 30 healthy in control group from May 2018 to March 2019 in the acupuncture department and spleen and stomach wards of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.XS-100 A ear acupoint detector was used to detect the positive reaction points of ear acupoints,and the number of positive reaction points of ear acupoints was recorded respectively.The research data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results:(1)The positive reaction points of auricular acupoints in spleen-kidney yang deficiency group,lung-spleen deficiency group and control group by Pearson’s chi-squared tested.There were significant differences in 9 auricular acupoints of large intestine,spleen,rectum,stomach,kidney,subcortical,middle triangular fossa,anus and Shenmen in patients with functional constipation of spleen-spleen deficiency type(P<0.05).The 10 acupoints of spleen,rectum,middle triangular fossa,tri-jiao,sympathetic,lung,endocrine,abdomen and duodenum had statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the distribution of positive auricular acupoints in left and right ears between functional constipation of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type and lung-spleen qi deficiency type by Pearson’s chi-squared test(P>0.05).Conclusion: The positive reaction points of auricular acupoints are specific for the diagnosis of functional constipation of spleen-kidney yang deficiency and lung-spleen qi deficiency.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,it combines the theory of auricular nerve distribution,bio-holographic law,cell bioelectricity and other Western medicine theories,which is an effective method to assist in the diagnosis of functional constipation.
