Study On The Effect Of Sheti Zhiqiu Decoction On Allergic Rhinitis Patients' I Kappa B-alpha And IL-5

Objective : This topic through the observation by Sheti Zhiqiu Decoction for Yiqiwenyang therapy in the treatment of lung Yang deficiency in patients with allergic rhinitis,to detect the level of IL-5 in serum of patients before and after treatment,the expression of mucosa of inferior turbinate in I kappa B-alpha,attempts to explore the mechanism of Sheti Zhiqiu Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis from a side.Methods: The patients were admitted to the Department of otolaryngology in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and they were diagnosed as allergic rhinitis.The syndrome was classified as the kidney yang deficiency type and the standard of this subject.There were 55 patients.The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a placebo group,30 in the treatment group and 25 in the placebo group.7 healthy subjects were chosen as the control group.The treatment group used to tutor experience: Sheti Zhiqiu granules for oral treatment,placebo use packaging,dose,color,way of taking consistent granules,two groups of oral medication time was 4 weeks.The healthy control group did not take any medicine.The changes of VAS scale scores were observed and recorded during the treatment.Patients with inferior turbinate mucosa were taken before and after treatment,patients with venous blood,the expression of immunohistochemical method was used to detect inferior turbinate mucosa of I kappa B-alpha,detected before and after treatment in patients with ELISA method the serum interleukin 5 levels.Results:Sheti Zhiqiu granules in treatment of patients with lung and kidney yang biqiu exactly,the main symptoms were significantly improved after treatment,the treatment at the start of improved symptoms of t-ching and sneezing,stuffy nose and nasal itching improvement is relatively slow.The treatment group t-ching and seventh days before the start of treatment and treatment of sneezing compared to p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,while the fourteenth day and the start of treatment,nasal nasal itching treatment compared to before,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Oral Sheti Zhiqiu granules after the detection of the serum levels of IL-5 decreased significantly,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,while the I kappa B-alpha did not change significantly,p>0.05.Conclusion: The lung Yang deficiency in patients with allergic rhinitis oral Sheti Zhiqiu granules of 28 days after the symptoms were improved obviously,the first significant improvement in symptoms of sneezing and t-ching.The patients in the treatment group serum IL-5 decreased significantly,while the placebo group did not change significantly;the positive expression of treatment group and placebo group patients before treatment of inferior turbinate mucosa of I kappa B-alpha protein were significantly higher than those of healthy people,indicating that NF-B signaling pathway is closely associated with allergic rhinitis,but after the treatment of I kappa B-alpha the change is not obvious and the difference was not statistically significant,showed that Sheti Zhiqiu Decoction in treating lung deficiency allergic rhinitis has good clinical curative effect,the treatment effect and reduce the IL-5,its mechanism needs further study.
