Clinical Study Of The Method Of Qingxin Kidney Coordination To Aurieular Points Pressing On Premature Ovarian Failure Caused By Deficiency Of Yin And Excess Of Fire

Purpose:Observed side the method of qingxin kidney coordination to aurieular points Pressing On Premature ovarian Failure (POF) caused by deficiency of yin and excess of fire of the clinical efficacy, to provide the basis for clinical treatment of the disease.Method:30 patients with premature ovarian failure were randomly divided into treatment group (15 cases, the method of qingxin kidney coordination to aurieular points Pressing) and the control group (15 cases, the method of qingxin kidney), observed before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs of improvement; treatment before and after the female reproductive endocrine hormones were observed after treatment group and control group differences. Result:Treatment group and control group clinical total effective rate were 86.7% and 67%; TCM symptoms and efficacy of the two groups compare their before and after treatment were significantly different (P<0.01),after treatment, no significant difference(P>0.05),but comparable in the treatment group than the control group.Each treatment group and control group before and after treatment of blood sex hormone E2, FSH, LH were highly significant (P<0.01)in which the blood sex hormone E2, FSH treatment groups was significant (P<0.05), LH After treatment There was no significant(P>0.05),but the treatment group improved on the LH than the control group.Conclusion:Side by the method of qingxin kidney coordination to aurieular points Pressing On (POF) caused by deficiency of yin and excess of fire, can significantly improve patient reheat and sweating, irritability, vaginal dryness, insomnia, heart palpitations and a series of symptoms in perimenopausal period, Menstruation is also markedly improved, while patients with endocrine levels can improve, so that patients serum FSH, LH decreased, E2 levels increased. The total effective treatment of the method of qingxin kidney coordination to aurieular points Pressing On POF caused by deficiency of yin and excess of fire rate was 86.7%.Thus, we believe that the method of qingxin kidney coordination to aurieular points Pressing On POF caused by deficiency of yin and excess of fire have the exact effectiveness.
