ObjectiveSurvey the Hematologic malignancy tumor patients resilience and discuss the influence factors, further analyzes the resilience relevance to cancer patients quality of life, and to explore work entertainment therapy on Hematologic malignancy tumor patients resilience and the intervention effect of life quality, for the future to improve the Hematologic malignancy tumor patient's hospitalization resilience and quality of life to provide the reference and basis.MethodsPart1:198 patients with Hematologic malignancy tumor who were hospitalized in four Grade A hospitals in Shanxi Province from May to August 2018 were investigated by convenience sampling method. The cross-sectional investigation was conducted by using Chinese version of psychoelasticity scale(CD-RISC),quality of life questionnaire for cancer patients(QLQ-C30)and general data questionnaire.Resilience and quality of life in patients with Hematologic malignancy tumor and its influencing factors, and to explore the relationship between resilience and quality of life variables.Part2:In this study,100 patients with malignant lymphoma who were hospitalized in the Department of Hematology of a Third-Class Hospital in Shanxi Province from May to October 2018 were divided into control group(n = 50)and intervention group(n = 50)according to the order of hospitalization. The control group received routine nursing and health education for the lymphoma patients, and the intervention group started workentertainment therapy on this basis. Before intervention and at the end of 4 weeks, the Chinese version of the Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and the quality of life questionnaire for cancer patients(QLQ-C30)were used to compare the two groups of patients.Epidata3.1software was used to establish a database and save the experimental data, and the data were imported into SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis. The main statistical methods were:independent sample t test,one-way analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.Results1.Cross-sectional survey results(1)The resilience score of patients with Hematologic malignancy tumor diseases was(62.63±13.05)and the dimensions were: toughness(31.13 ±7.50),self-strengthening(23.03±4.79)and optimism(9.47±2.53).Their overall health score was(54.54±17.77).(2)One-way ANOVA showed that there were significant differences in resilience among patients with hematological malignancies in residence, education level, occupation, work status, family monthly income, payment method and disease type(P < 0.05).(3)Pearson correlation analysis showed that resilience of patients with Hematologic malignancy tumor was positively correlated with overall health status, physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function and social function(r= 0.397-0.581,P< 0.05),and negatively correlated with symptom dimension(r=-0.121-0.433,P < 0.05).(4)Multiple regression analysis showed that monthly family income, complications, physical function, emotional function and pain entered the regression equation(P< 0.05),which could explain 30.1% of the total variation.2.Intervention study resultsTwo independent t-test: the scores of resilience and quality of life of the two groups before intervention were lower and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the scores of resilience and quality of life of the two groups were improved at the end of intervention 4 weeks, but the scores of resilience and quality of lifeof the intervention group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Paired t-test: the resilience and quality of life of the intervention group after work entertainment therapy were both higher than before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Hematologic malignancy tumor patients have low resilience and poor quality of life, which are affected by family income, complications, physical function, emotional function and pain.2.Resilience of patients with Hematologic malignancy tumor needs to be improved and their quality of life is at a low level.Resilience of patients with Hematologic malignancy tumor is closely related to their quality of life.3.Work entertainment therapy can improve the resilience and quality of life of Hematologic malignancy tumor patients.
