| Objective:By analyzing the influencing factors,psychological variables and coping styles of ICU nurses’ professional quality of life,this paper discusses the relationship between work stress and professional quality of life,and provides theoretical basis for managers to improve the professional quality of life of ICU nurses.Method:From August 2021 to January 2022,386 nurses from 4 3A hospitals in Shandong Province used Shandong General Questionnaire,and other measuring instruments.Methods P22.0 software was used to analyze the data,including democratic analysis,one-dimensional difference analysis,independent sample t-test,Erson correlation analysis and mediated multiline analysis.Results:1.The comparison between the flexibility of basic psychology of biological psychology and the ability of spell deviation in ICUThe three dimensions of ICU work quality of professional nurses:friendly satisfaction,job satisfaction and secondary satisfaction were trauma(Pervo-banking score)(33.97 ± 6.61),(25.20±5.91)and(26.94±5.63),job stress(90.04 ± 13.21),psychological stress B(24.55 ±7.18),positive reaction(22.93 ± 5.20)and negative reaction(11.75 ± 4.53),respectively.2.Analysis of differences in quality of life of uci nurses under different informationTime of life,pedagody,seniotity,work satisfaction and monthly overtime earning were significantly different p<0.05).Gender,education,marital status,working years,job satisfaction and income were significantly different in the number of months.Overtime pay of employment department was statistically significant(p<0.05).Secondary trauma in sex education month overtime times and work overtime times and job satisfaction and income differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).3.Correlation analysis between work life quality and work stress,resilience and coping style of ICU nursesPearson correlation analysis showed that ICU nurses’ satisfaction was positively correlated with job stress(r=-0.517 p<0.01)and resilience(r=-0.665 p<0.01)and positive reaction,The patients with secondary trauma had positive stress reaction at work r=0.433,p<0.01,resilience(r=-0.438,p<0.01),activity reaction(r=-0.475,p<0.01).Work stress and psychological reaction(r=-0.489,p<0.01)There was a significant negative correlation with positive coping(r=-0.539 p<0.01).Mental resilience correlated with dealing(r=0.530 p<0.01)There was no statistically significant correlation between secondary injury and negative coping with sympathy and satisfaction.4.Psychological Resistance and Coping Style of Nurses in ICUThe predictive effect of job stress on compassion satisfaction through resilience is-0.197;95%CI was[-0.250~-0.146],and the predictive effect of positive coping with work stress on compassion satisfaction was-0.164;95%CI was[-0.222~-0.112],and the predictive effect of work stress on dynamic and static satisfaction through multiple mediators of psychological resilience and positive response was-0.066,while 95%CI did not contain[-0.093~-0.042]0,indicating that there was a linkage mediator effect.The prediction effect of job burnout by resilience on job stress is 0.083;95%CI was[0.056~0.116],and the predictive effect of actively coping with job stress on job burnout was 0.279;95%CI was[0.206~0.352],and the predictive effect of job stress on job burnout through multiple mediating effects of resilience and positive response was 0.112;95%CI contains no 0 in[0.078~0.155],which indicates that there is linkage intermediary effect.The predictive effect of resilient work stress on secondary trauma is 0.093;95%CI was[0.040~0.151],and the predictive effect of coping with work stress on secondary trauma was 0.091;95%CI was[0.047~0.149],and the predictive effect of multiple mediating effects of resilience,positive coping and work stress on secondary trauma was 0.036,and 95%CI was[0.018~0.063]without 0,which indicated that there was linkage mediating effect.Conclusion:1.Kind-heartedness ICU care in the low point,official burnout in the secondary trauma,common sense of fatigue to ease the degree of compassion to improve positive measures.2.Psychological strength positive ICU nurse compassion foot protection elements;official strength compassion foot important elements,ICU nurse official burnout secondary trauma risk factors,positive psychological strength through the quality of life.3.The work stress of ICU nurses can directly affect the professional quality of life,and also indirectly affect the professional quality of life through the mediating effect of resilience and coping style. |
