Clinical Curatve Observation Of Thyroid Therapy After Surgery On The Wind Heatphlegm Coagulating Syndrome With Sddition And Subtraction Of Niubang Jieji Decoction

ObjectiveThrough observation of the clinical curative effect of Niubang Jieji decoction on the patients with wind heatphlegm coagulating syndrome after thyroidectomy,we know the effect of the treatment of this syndrome by the addition and subtraction of the burdock de muscle soup,and provide a reliable basis for the popularization and application of the burdock de muscle soup in the clinic.MethodFor non randomized controlled clinical trials,according to diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and rejection criteria,137 cases of hospitalized patients from August 2017 to February 2018 in Guangdong Province Tr.aditional Chinese Medical Hospital were included,including 103 cases in the treatment group and 34 in the control group.The control group was given routine treatment:the treatment group was given atomization after operation,Wu Zhuyu's external application of the neck,larynx tranverdic buccal tablets,and the dressing change.The treatment group was combined with the burdock DEX Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment was 1 doses per day for 3 days.The changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were recorded and evaluated respectively.The differences in the group and group were compared before and after treatment,and the effect of burdock de muscle soup on the syndrome of wind heat and phlegm coagulation after thyroidectomy was studied.Results(1)The score of TCM syndrome was compared before and after treatment.The clinical syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group were improved by,which showed that the symptoms of fever,cough,sore throat and head pain after operation were relieved in different degrees.(2)Compared the difference value between the treatment group and the control group before and after the treatment.The difference value in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).It said that the treatment group could improve the patient's symptom more obviously.Sign.(3)The total curative effect of the two groups after treatment,the treatment group and the control group had significant difference in the curative effect,P<0.05,the curative effect of the treatment group was obviously greater than the control group.ConclusionThe clinical observation shows that the Niubang Jieji decoction has a significant effect on improving the symptoms of fever,pharyngeal pain,headache and coughing,which can improve the symptoms,improve the quality of life and promote the rapid recovery of the patients after the operation.
