| ObjectiveTo observe Plus Sijunzi decoction to treat patients with the body deficiency after thyroid surgery, in contrast to the effect of traditional Chinese medicine with conventional treatment, and evaluate Chinese medicine to improve thyroid surgery discomfort symptoms of the use value.MethodsCollect the related data of patients after thyroid surgery.select the clinical manifestations of 60 cases with body deficiency after thyroid surgery, randomly divided into observing group (30 cases)and control group(30 cases). The control group take protocol therapy, and the TCM group add Plus Sijunzi decoction on the basis of conventional treatment at the same time, one prescription daily, for taking one month. After the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the clinical symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) were recorded respectively before treatment,2 weeks and 1 month after treatment. Research and analyze the obtained data as variables, using SPSS17.0 statistical software method, comparing the relevant data of the control group and observation group, select the meaningful data, according to the findings of the study, to evaluate the syndrome differentiation and treatment of thyroid surgery in patients with clinical symptoms is improved and guiding thyroid postoperative syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM.ResultsTCM symptoms curative effect evaluation,2 weeks after treatment, cases in observation group 0 case had marked effect,20 cases effective (66.67%), ineffective in 10 cases (33.33%), total effective rate 66.67%, control group cases,0 case were markedly improved, effective 11 cases (36.67%),19 no effect (66.67%), the total effective rate was 36.67%. After statistical test, there was significant difference between two groups in symptom improvement. (P< 0.05).1 month after treatment, cases in observation group 16 cases had marked effect (53.33%),12 cases effective (40.00%), ineffective in 2 cases (6.67%), total effective rate 93.33%, control group cases,4 cases were markedly improved (13.33%), effective 17 cases (56.67%),9 no effect (30%), the total effective rate was 70.00%. After statistical test,there was significant difference between two groups in symptom improvement(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical observation of Plus Sijunzi decoction for the treatment of deficiency patients after thyroid surgery with clinical discomfort symptoms have a curative effect, can shorten the postoperative recovery time, improve the postoperative quality of life of patients from a certain extent. |
