| Objective:In this paper,the clinical observation of treating acute mastitis with liver-stomach stagnation heat syndrome was carried out by Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Gualou niubang decoction,and the effect of moxibustion on acute mastitis liver-stomach stagnation heat syndrome and its influence on various indexes were observed.To explore the theoretical basis of treating acute mastitis with moxibustion with thread moxibustion combined with Gualou niubang decoction in the treatment of acute mastitis with liver-stomach stagnation heat syndrome,which provides a theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods: From March 2018 to January 2019,the patients with acute mastitis,(AM),liver and stomach stagnation syndrome,were treated in the Department of Breast Disease,Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine.All patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated by oral administration of Gualou and burdock decoction,and the treatment group was treated with Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 7 days.Before and after treatment,the breast swelling area,milk secretion,breast mass size,body temperature,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,TCM symptom score and total score were recorded,and the curative effect was evaluated.All data are analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:(1)After a course of treatment for 7days,55 patients completed clinical observation.There were 28 cases in the control group,3cases were cured,10 cases were obviously effective,12 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was 89.29%.In the treatment group,4cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,3cases were effective and 2cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.59%(P <0.05),which indicated that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)Comparison of the scores before and after treatment: the patients in the control group and the treatment group were able to improve the breast distension,breast swelling area,breast secretion,breast mass size and white blood cell count in varying degrees before and after treatment.C-reactive protein and TCM symptom score,total score were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the area of breast redness and swelling,the secretion of milk,the size of breast mass,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein and the score of TCM symptom in the treatment group were analyzed.The total score was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the body temperature(P>0.05).(4)The adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group were 2 cases and 3 cases respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups by rank sum test(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Gualou niubang in the treatment of acute mastitis patients with liver-stomach stagnation heat syndrome can obtain a better effect,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical promotion. |
