Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of The Small Amount Of Coagulating Hemthorax With Stasis In The Chest By Xuexiong Xiaoyu Decoction

Objectives:To comply with the clinical research standards and accept two weeks after the treatment the small amount of coagulating hemothorax with Stasis in the chest patients’symptoms and signs, VAS points, pulmonary function, improvement to evaluate, preliminary observation Xuexiong Xiaoyu Decoction treat the small amount of coagulating hemothorax with Stasis in the chest clinical curative effect, clinical treatment provide an economic, efficient, safe, low side effects of treatment method.Methods:40patients met the study criteria of the small amount of coagulating hemothorax with Stasis in the chest patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group of20cases to Xuexiong Xiaoyu Decoction, control group of20cases to Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, before and after treatment were pulmonary function, symptom scores, VAS points index statistics, evaluation, and according to the statistical analysis of the results. Result:Pulmonary function, symptom scores, VAS points statistical evaluation. Before treatment, two groups had no significant difference. In two groups before and after treatment, the curative effect observation indexes were statistically significant (P <0.01or P<0.05); after treatment the treatment group was superior to control group in greater rate, improve the signs and symptoms and pulmonary function (P <0.01orP <0.05).Conclusion:Both Xuexiong Xiaoyu Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can significantly improve patient symptoms and pulmonary function in the treatment of the small amount of coagulating hemothorax with Stasis in the chest, but the former is better than that of the latter, it is a simple, economic, reliable method of treatment, should be further popularized.
