Relevant Study Of Jin Min Decoction In Treating Children's Cough Variant Asthma With Wind Bundle And Lung Collaterals Syndrome

Objective:To analyze and summarize the understanding and current situation of the evolution of TCM name,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and prescription by retrieving relevant literature on cough variant asthma.To analyze and summarize the understanding of etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment status of the disease in Western medicine.The connotation and clinical application of the tutor's theory of,"Fu Feng" were systematically sorted out.To explore the theory of "lurking in the wind,arousing by the external wind and eliminating lung loss",and the mechanism of treating cough variant asthma with wind-bundled lung collaterals syndrome.The effectiveness of "Jinmin Decoction" in treating cough variant asthma was verified through clinical trials.To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of "Jinmin Decoction" in the treatment of cough variant asthma with wind-bundled lung collaterals syndrome,and to analyze and summarize the clinical thinking and relevant experience of "Jinmin Decoction" in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods:To consult and sort out the literatures about cough variant asthma at home and abroad,and to sum up the connotation and clinical application of the tutor's theory of "vomiting wind" in combination with his experience during his study and postgraduate study,and to illustrate it with relevant effective cases.In the clinical study,children with cough variant asthma who met the inclusion criteria were divided into experimental group and control group according to 2:1 ratio,including 100 cases in the experimental group and 50 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with procaterol,while the experimental group was treated with Jinmin Decoction.Two courses of treatment were observed.The changes of clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory physical and chemical indexes before and after treatment were observed.Results:Under the guidance of the tutor's theory of "the wind in the wind",clinical trials were carried out.The results showed that the number of male children was more than that of female children,and the proportion of children aged 1-3 was the highest,indicating that the incidence of this age group was high,and that the incidence of male children was higher than that of female children.Some children have pulmonary inflammation,infant eczema,rhinitis and other complications,these factors can also affect or aggravate the onset of the disease;respiratory tract infection,abnormal air,seasonal changes and other factors are the most common inducing factors.The results of clinical observation showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of total curative effect,clinical recovery rate,main symptoms(complete antitussive time)and disappearance time of minor symptoms,all P values were<0.05.Secondary symptoms improved significantly in both groups,but the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in improving itching,runny throat,sputum,sneezing and abnormal stool,P<0.05.Some children were tested for pulmonary function.The results showed that both groups could improve pulmonary function effectively.The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine is satisfactory,not inferior to that of Western medicine.Blood,urine,stool and electrocardiogram were examined be fore and after treatment in both groups.Liver,kidney function and myocardial damage markers were examined before and after treatment in some children.The abnormal conversion rate of each laboratory safety index was 0%in both groups.Tips:Jinmin Decoction is safe and non-toxic.Conclusion:The preliminary conclusions can be drawn from this study combined with the advisors'opinions.1.Cough variant asthma can be named "wind cough",pointing out that the "wind" of "wind cough" mainly refers to the "latent wind" which is caused by congenital,latent and exogenous wind or hair.Xiaofeng method can be used to treat this disease.Jinmin Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder are commonly used in clinical treatment,and the curative effect is remarkable.2.Through the clinical observation of Jinmin Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma with wind-bundled lung collaterals syndrome,this study proves that Jinmin Decoction has remarkable curative effect on this disease.Jinmin Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of children,shorten the course of disease,and is relatively safe without obvious toxic and side effects.
