The Study Of Regulating Spir It Acupuncture Therapy On Menopausal Syndrome Of Kidney Yin Deficiency

ObjectiveIn this study,the clinical efficacy of Regulating Spirit Acupuncture Therapy in the treatment of the Menopausal Syndrome of Kidney Yin Deficiency was evaluated by the effective,objective clinical data,compared with the routine acupuncture therapy,to evaluate its clinical curative effect,more scientific,objective and effective treatment,and to provide the treatment thought and clinical application basis for the clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion of Menopausal Syndrome.MethodsFrom January 2018 to January 2019,Menopausal Syndrome patients treated in the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were selected.With reference to the prescribed criteria,patients who matched the inclusion criteria were included first,and then those who did not match the exclusion criteria were included in the study.Finally,60 patients with menopausal syndrome of kidney yin deficiency were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(the group of Regulating Spirit Acupuncture Therapy)and the control group(the group of routine acupuncture therapy)by random Numbers according to the sequence of inclusion,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Regulating Spirit Acupuncture Therapy with the points:Sishen Zhen,GV29,HT7,SP6.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture therapy with the points:CV4,SP6,BL23,KI3,KI6.The two groups of acupuncture operations are adopted in the rapid injection method.After entering the needle to the appropriate depth,perform the reinforcing and purging manipulation according to the regulations.After entering the needle at each point,perform the acupuncture once,perform the acupuncture once every 15 minutes and every 30 minutes,and then press with the sterilized dry cotton swab after the acupuncture,so as not to continue bleeding.Each group of subjects were treated 3 times a week,with 1 course of treatment for 2 weeks,with 2 courses of treatment and 2 to 3 days of rest between courses of treatment.The results of Kupperman score and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)of subjects before and after treatment were recorded and statistical analysis was performed by the software SPSS 21.0.ResultsA total of 60 subjects were included in this study,30 cases in the treatment group(the group of Regulating Spirit Acupuncture Therapy)and 30 cases in the control group(the group of routine acupuncture therapy).During the treatment,one patient in the treatment group fell off due to work-related reasons,and the treatment group eventually completed the treatment of 29 patients.No patients in the control group were exfoliated,and all the 30 patients completed the treatment.Before treatment,the general information of age and disease duration of subjects in the two groups were compared,and the modified kupperman score,follicle-stimulating hormone,estradiol and luteinizing hormone in the two groups were compared.The analysis results showed that there was no statistical difference in the above information of subjects in the two groups(P>0.05).The modified kupperman scores in both groups were significantly lower(P<0.05).The whole scores of modified kupperman scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In this study,subjects in the treatment group showed more distinct improvement in insomnia,anxiety,and depression(P<0.05),and the remaining symptoms were all the same(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of FSH,E2 and LH between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The clinical symptoms of menopausal syndrome of kidney yin deficiency patients can be improved by the treatment of Regulating Spirit Acupuncture Therapy and routine acupuncture therapy.2.The Regulating Spirit Acupuncture Therapy and routine acupuncture therapy on follicle-stimulating hormone,estradiol and luteinizing hormone in menopausal syndrome of kidney yin deficiency patients were not obvious.3.The improvement of insomnia,anxiety and depression in menopausal syndrome of kidney yin deficiency patients treated with Regulating Spirit Acupuncture Therapy is significantly better than that of routine acupuncture therapy.
