The Clinical Research On Treatment Of Generlizted Anxiety Disoeder By Acupunture Therapy By Dispersing The Stagnated Liver-Qi And Regulating The Spirit

Objective: This study aims to explore the different curative effect of treatment of generlizted anxiety disoder between the acupuncture therapy by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit and regular acupuncure therapy. Providing a more convenient, effective and no side effects treatment for gennerlizted anxiety disorder.Methods: The 66 patients were randomly divided into the acupuncure therapy by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit group(as treatment group) and the regular acupuncure therapy group(as control group),33 patients in each group. The acupuncure therapy by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit group, to select points including Baihu(DU20), Yintang(DU29), Sishencong(EX-HN1), Shenting(DU24), Benshen(GB13), Neiguan(PC6), Taichong(LR3). The regular acupuncure therapy group, to select points including Shuigou(GV26), Baihui(DU20), Neiguan(PC6), Shenmen(HT7), Taichong(LR3). Observing changes in the patients before and after 4 weeks treatment in Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results: Before and after 4 weeks treatment, the two groups of HAMA and SAS were significantly different(P<0.05). Compared the two groups after 4 weeks treatment in HAMA and SAS were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit and regular acupuncture therapy were both effective methods to treat the patients of generlizted anxiety disoder. But, compared the two methods,the acupuncture therapy by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit were more effective in clinical than the regular acupuncture therapy.Finding a more security and convenient methods to treat generlizted anxiety disorder by the Acupunture Therapy by Dispersing the Stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit.
