ObjectiveBased on the concept of chronic disease management and TCM treatment of non-pathological diseases, this paper develops a mobile medical application of chronic disease management for people infected with EB virus, investigates the infection of EB virus in Guangzhou, establishes an electronic database of TCM such as constitution and syndrome, and analyses the characteristics and development rules of TCM.In order to understand the occurrence and development of latent infection of EB virus, improve the effectiveness and convenience of EB virus chronic disease management program,to reduce the infection rate of EB virus,to reduce the incidence of EB virus-related malignant tumors.MethodsPatients with VCA-Ig A antibody or EA-Ig A antibody positive were selected from the clinic,Physical Examination Department and inpatient department of Guangdong TCM Hospital from 2018 to 2019.The EB virus was positive. The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group. Both the experimental group and the control group carried out information collection and Chinese medicine chronic disease management program, health guidance and oral plaster formula, and the other two groups were divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group. The trial group used WeChat to guide the management of chronic diseases. After 3 months of systematic treatment, the patients in the test group and the control group were studied on compliance,self-management study and SAS,SDS scale again.Results1.A total of 61 subjects were enrolled in the study, ranging from 22 to 68 years old,25 male and 36 female. The correlation test showed that the P value was 0.595,and there was no significant relationship between sex and age.2.Among the 61 patients with latent infection of EB virus,47(47/61)had a special history of otolaryngology.20 cases(20/61)were identified as qi deficiency and 17(17/61)were yang deficiency.3.In the course of chronic disease management, the results of test group were better than those of control group in whether they forgot to take medicine, whether to increase physical exercise and avoid bad living habits(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of whether they did not pay attention to taking drugs, stopping drugs on their own and revisiting them in time.4.The SAS,SDS scores of the test group and the control group were decreased before and after the chronic disease management, and the SAS,SDS scores of the test group and the control group were all decreased. The degree of SAS decrease in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(4.45 vs 1.72,P<0.001).The decrease of SDS in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(3,86 vs 1.83,P=0.026).ConclusionThe age range of 61 patients ranged from 22 years to 68 years, and there was no significant relationship between sex and age.2.The latent infection of 2.EB virus is similar to the theory of latent evil of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The constitution category of TCM is Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency is common.3.Mobile medical treatment can significantly improve the compliance and self-management ability of people with latent infection of EB virus.4.Mobile medical technology can improve the mental state of people with latent infection of EB virus in the process of chronic disease management.
