Research On The Management Of Chronic Diseases Based On Mobile Platform

ObjectiveChronic diseases bring great burden to families,societies and countries,and the health needs of the huge population of chronic disease in China challenge the ability of medical services.In recent years,"Internet +" has been widely used in various fields of social life,and play an important role.This research put forward and designed a mobile application to manage chronic diseases based on the literature research and functional requirements analysis,so as to truly promote the advantages of mobile Internet,promote the effectiveness of chronic disease management and provide a reference to government and health department for "Internet +" chronic disease prevention and control.Methods1)Use literature research,questionnaire survey,induction analysis to describe the necessity of a mobile platform and study the direction of the function design;2)Use the technology of application development and database for chronic disease management Mobile platform design and implementation Results1)The foreign chronic disease management platform is specialized,the function is small,the product features are clear and the functions are focused.The domestic chronic disease management platform is homogeneous,most of the software is similar,the characteristics are not obvious;progresses of APPs affording the family doctors service of community doctors are in the promotion phase.2)Questionnaire survey shows: type 2 diabetes patients' medication compliance score is in excellent level(82%),and the other five dimension scores were treatment of hypoglycemia(76%),foot care(75%),dietary control(72%),blood glucose monitoring(69%),and exercise(68%),all in qualified level.We should focus on diet,blood glucose monitoring,exercise in the function design.3)Completed the study and implementation of the mobile platform of diabetes management(the management of other types of chronic disease will follow-up gradually).Conclusions1)The mobile platform we designed in this study to management type 2 diabetes can effectively integrate medical resources,to achieve the scientific management of diabetes and standardized treatment;can effectively improve the management efficiency.2)The “graded medical treatment” alleviates the current difficult to see a doctor and big cost on medical service.Integrating the “graded medical treatment” in the mobile platform we designed conducive to the promotion of graded medical treatment mode in this province.3)Health administration should give full play to its role and integrate resources for the studies about management of chronic diseases to promote the work of "Internet plus chronic disease prevention and control".
