Since Prime Minister Li Keqiang put forward the "Internet +" action plan in his government work report in 2015,China has issued a series of policy documents to speed up the development of mobile medical and health services,and vigorously supported information technology industries such as mobile medical care,health care,and Internet medical care.With the increasing aging phenomenon and the increasing number of patients with chronic diseases in China,the difficulty of chronic disease management is also expanding.The emergence of mobile medical technology not only changes the face to face treatment mode between the backward doctors and patients,but also optimizes the allocation of medical resources and effectively makes up for the deficiencies of the traditional medical model.However,with the rapid development of mobile medical care,some problems such as network supervision and imperfect market management will inevitably come into being.In view of this,this article uses the content analysis method to analyze the situation of the mobile medical management market for chronic diseases,and finds that the current mobile medical management market for chronic diseases in China is not perfect,and the cause of the imperfect management market is due to the lack of Internet regulatory policies.The development and application of software is low and the Internet environment is complex;Using questionnaire to analyze the awareness of mobile medical management of chronic diseases,it is found that the knowledge of mobile medical management of chronic diseases in China is relatively low.The reason for the low awareness is the lack of publicity,the lack of participation of policy departments,and the difficulties of doctors ’resources.By means of literature analysis,the author analyzes the participation of mobile medical management of chronic diseases in primary medical institutions,and finds that the participation of mobile medical chronic management in primary medical institutions in China is relatively low,and the reason for the low participation is the lack of medical resources.The information system is backward and the enthusiasm of medical personnel and grassroots people is not high;Through the comparative analysis of mobile medical management of chronic diseases at home and abroad,it is found that the external environment of mobile medical management of chronic diseases in China is immature.The reason of immature is due to the influence ofpopulation structure and patient consumption,the limitation of technical level and the limitation of the proportion of economic investment.To sum up,this study puts forward the following countermeasures based on a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and problems of mobile medical management of chronic diseases.In view of the imperfection of the mobile medical market for chronic diseases,supervision and management should be strengthened at the legal level,and the relevant laws and regulations of the country should be improved at a faster pace;In view of the relatively low awareness of mobile medical management of chronic diseases,it is necessary to strengthen the promotion of mobile medical care and increase the participation of patients.In view of the low level of participation in mobile medical chronic disease management in primary medical institutions,it is necessary to encourage grassroots medical institutions to participate in mobile medical management of chronic diseases;In view of the immaturity of the external environment of chronic disease mobile medical management,it is necessary to continuously improve the external environment of chronic disease mobile management.
