Relationship Between Quality Of Life And TCM Syndromes In Women With High Risk HPV Persistent Infection

Objective:By analyzing the quality of life of women with high risk HPV persistent infection and the correlation of TCM syndrome type,this paper enriches the clinical understanding of high risk HPV persistent infection and provides theoretical basis for the effective prevention and treatment of high risk HPV infection.Methods:In this study,the female patients from December 2017 to February 2019 in gynecological outpatient clinic of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine,were excluded according to the inclusion criteria.A total of 120 women who met the diagnostic criteria of high-risk persistent HPV infection were enrolled in the study group.At the same time,120 healthy women with negative HPV were selected as normal control group.According to"Gynecology of traditional Chinese Medicine" and "guiding principles of Clinical Research of New drugs of traditional Chinese Medicine",the questionnaire of TCM Syndromes of Women with persistent infection of High risk Type HPV was filled in.Collection of basic information from the research group goes hand in hand TCM syndrome differentiation,including damp-heat betting,spleen deficiency and dampness,deficiency of kidney yang,Yin deficiency and dampness.The World Health Organization quality of Life Measurement scale(WHOQOL-BREF),short for WHOQOL-BREF,WHOQOL-BREF,was used to assess the quality of life(QOL).There were 26 questions in total.In addition to 2 independent analysis of QOL and overall health status,It also includes 24 questions in the four fields of physiology,psychology,society and environment.Each field score is obtained by calculating the total score of the item to which it belongs.Quality of Life by filling in WHOQOL-BREF In order to compare the differences between the study group and the normal group,and analyze the differences of quality of life of the women with high risk HPV persistent infection of different TCM syndromes.Results:1.The average age of 1.120 female patients with persistent HR-HPV infection was 46.9 years old.2.The highest infection rate of HPV 16 was 21.7%,followed by 52 type(14.2%),18 type(12.5%),58 type(11.7%),33 type(6.7%),45 type(5.8%),68 type(5.8%).31(5.0%),39(5.0%),51(3.3%),59(3.3%),32(2.5%),56{2.5%).3.The evaluation of self quality of life and health status of women in HR-HPV persistent infection group was lower than that in normal female group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(p<0.05).The average scores of quality of life in the four fields of society and environment were lower than those in the normal group(p<0.05).The differences in physiology,psychology and environment between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).4.Of the 120 female patients with persistent infection of HR-HPV,36 cases were damp-heat betting type(30.0%),32 cases(26.7%)were dampness with deficiency of spleen,27 cases(22.5%)with deficiency of kidney yang,25 cases(20.8%)with dampness of Yin deficiency.5.The scores of self-quality of life and health status of women with HR-HPV persistent infection in different TCM syndromes were statistically different(p<0.05),and the patients with damp-heat betting syndrome had the lowest evaluation scores on their own quality of life and health status.The patients with deficiency of kidney yang had the highest score.6.The quality of life scores of HR-HPV persistent infection women with different TCM syndromes were compared in various fields:in physiological field,the scores of each syndrome type were statistically different(p<0.05),and the score of dampness and heat betting syndrome was the lowest.The highest score of deficiency of kidney yang;In the psychological field,the scores of different syndromes were statistically different(p<0.05),and the scores of spleen deficiency and dampness were lower than those of the other three syndrome types,but there was no significant difference in social and environmental areas between different syndromes(P>0.05).7.In the physiological field,the differences of different TCM syndromes in pain and discomfort,medical dependence,daily energy,mobility,sleep and daily life were statistically significant.In the psychological field,the differences of different TCM syndrome types in life fun,life significance,attention,negative feelings have statistical significance,negative feeling generally affect the quality of life of each syndrome type in the psychological field.In the social field,different TCM syndromes have statistical differences in sexual life scores,while in the environmental field,different TCM syndromes have full access to living environment,economic ability,leisure opportunities,living conditions and health services.There is a statistical difference in the meaning of the comparison.Conclusion:1.Age is the influencing factor of persistent HR-HPV infection.45~49 years old is the peak age of persistent HR-HPV infection.2.Persistent HPV16,52,18,58 infection is more common in this group,and the follow-up of this population should be strengthened.3.The quality of life of women with persistent infection of HR-HPV is generally declining,and there are differences between the evaluation of self-quality of life of women with persistent infection of HR-HPV and that of healthy women.4.Damp-heat injection is the main clinical syndrome of persistent HR-HPV infection.5.The quality of life of HR-HPV persistent infection patients with different TCM syndromes was generally damaged,and there was a certain correlation between different TCM syndromes and QOL:dampness-heat injection syndrome was related to physiological field,spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome was related to psychological field.There was no correlation between kidney-yang deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency and dampness syndrome and quality of life in different fields.6.The quality of life of HR-HPV persistent infection patients with different TCM syndromes has its own specificity in different fields:the patients with dampness-heat injection syndrome are mainly manifested in pain and discomfort,and the score of medical dependence is the lowest.The patients with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome scored the lowest in their daily energy and negative feelings.Patients with kidney-yang deficiency syndrome scored the lowest in terms of sex life and traffic.Patients with yin deficiency and dampness syndrome scored the lowest in sleep and negative feelings.
