| Objective: To investigate the risk factors of persistent infection of human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)in patients with negative margin after conization of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion(SIL),and to provide basis for follow-up and management after SIL.Methods: The clinical data and postoperative follow-up data of 126 patients with SIL who underwent conization in the affiliated Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 1,2016 to December 31,2017 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical data of patients’ age, menopause, education, pregnancy, preoperative HPV subtype, preoperative HPV load and mode of operation were recorded.SPSS 26.0 software was used to analyze the risk factors of postoperative persistent HR-HPV infection. Results:The negative conversion rates of HR-HPV at 3,6,12,18 and 24 months after operation were 81.7%,84.1%,82.5%,87.3% and 87.3%,respectively.Univariate analysis showed that age and preoperative HPV classification were associated with postoperative persistent HR-HPV infection, while education, pregnancy, mode of operation and preoperative HPV load were not related to postoperative persistent HR-HPV infection.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age and preoperative HPV classification were independent risk factors for postoperative persistent HR-HPV infection. Conclusion: HR-HPV infection may persist in patients with negative incisal margin after SIL cone resection.Age≥ 35 years old and positive HPV16 before operation can increase the persistent infection rate of HR-HPV after operation. Therefore, patients with SIL should be followed up according to their age and HPV classification after cervical conization. |
