Objective:1 Through phenomenological study, the status of psychological experience of persistent HPV infection in childbearing age was deeply understood,so as to provide a basis for the further construction of group music therapy program for persistent HPV infection in childbearing age.2 Evidence-based group music therapy program was constructed, and its preliminary application and effect evaluation were conducted to explore the influence of this program on anxiety and quality of life of persistent HPV infected patients in childbearing age.Methods:1 Phenomenological research method was adopted to select 12 patients with persistent HPV infection at child-bearing age from Cervical Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center of a third-grade hospital in Chongqing for semi-structured in-depth interviews, and Colaizzi seven-step analysis method was used to analyze the data.2 Based on JBI evidence-based theory, literature related to group music therapy was systematically searched, and the quality of systematic reviews, randomized controlled trials and similar trials was evaluated using Amstar 2 and JBI evidence-based health care center evaluation criteria, and the grading of evidence and recommendation were unified according to JBI standards.Based on evidence summary, combined with previous qualitative research results, the group discussed to construct the first draft of group music therapy plan, organized expert meetings to evaluate the scientific nature, feasibility and practicality of the plan, and supplemented and revised the items to form the final version of the plan.3.A randomized controlled trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of group music therapy on anxiety and quality of life in patients with persistent HPV infection in childbearing age.Sixty patients with persistent HPV infection in child-bearing age in a Cervical Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center of a third-grade hospital in Chongqing were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table, they were randomly assigned to the control group or the intervention group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing care and interferon drug treatment mode, while the intervention group received group music therapy, conducted by music therapists and psychological counselors, once a week offline therapy, daily family practice, for 6 weeks. The self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and the questionnaire on the influence of human papillomavirus were collected before intervention, the 3rd week of intervention, the 6th week of intervention,1 month,3 months and 6 months after intervention, respectively.Blood pressure and heart rate of the intervention group were measured during each intervention.Excel 2016 double-check was used to input the data, and SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for analysis. The main methods included independent sample t test,χ2 test, repeated measurement data analysis of variance, etc.P < 0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant.Results:1.Through qualitative interviews of patients with persistent HPV infection in childbearing age, four themes are extracted, including lack of knowledge sources, emotional experience, changes in sexual relations, and sense of imbalance between life and work.2.After literature search, screening and evaluation,8 literatures were finally included, and 13 eutectoid evidences were obtained, including 5evidences of Ⅰ level,3 of which were Ⅱ level, and 5 of which were Ⅲlevel. The first draft was formed through group discussion, and the expert meeting was held for demonstration. The expert authority coefficient was0.93,indicating a high degree of expert authority, and the final draft of the plan was formed, including 3 first-level indicators and 40 second-level indicators. The program includes group formation, group development and group summary of the three stages of long-term and short-term treatment goals, treatment methods,Musical Instruments,etc.3.After group music treatment, the scores of anxiety, depression and quality of life in the intervention group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P < 0.05);However,before and after intervention, the changes of blood pressure and heart rate in the intervention group were not statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusions:1.Through phenomenological research,it is found that the persistent HPV infection in childbearing age faces heavy psychological pressure, which has a negative impact on their marriage, family and social relations.Medical staff should guide patients and their families to eliminate the misunderstanding of HPV infection, improve patients’ negative emotions, help them return to family, work and society, promote family harmony, and protect women’s reproductive health.2.The group music therapy scheme constructed in this study can adjust the anxiety and depression of people with persistent HPV infection in childbearing age, improve their quality of life, and provide a reference for targeted mental health intervention measures for such population. However, the influence of physiological indexes still needs to be further explored.
