Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Persistent Cervical High-risk HPV Infection (dampness And Blood Stasis Type) With The Method Of Removing Dampness And Removing Toxins

ObjectiveBy comparing the clearing rate of HR-HPV,TCM clinical syndrome score and before and after treatment on HR-HPV infection patients by "Li Shi Hua Du".the effective treatment on the patients HR-HPV of " Li Shi Hua Du " were explored.MethodsBasing on the inclusion criteria,we selected the 15 patients.They were treated for 30 times.Results1.The HR-HPV clearing rate was 66.67%.2.The scores of 15 cases of TCM symptoms in the group after treatment were 2(2).By rank sum test,there were statistical differences.3.The effective rate of TCM clinical symptoms in the group was 80%.4.The total effective rate of treatment group was73.33%.5.There were 63 cases of single infection and 23 cases of double infection;The 52 type of single infection is the most,accounting for 23.8%,followed by 51(14.29%)?16 and 66(11.11%).What's more,the age distribution tends to be 26?30(35.21%)and 51?55(30%).6.There were three cases of ASCUS?one case of LSIL and one case of ASC-H in the 274 cases by TCT.7.There were 211 patients by HPV and TCT:33 cases were only infected with HPV,2 cases were diognosed ASCUS,3 cases were both infected with HPV but also TCT anomaly.Conclusion1."Li Shi Hua Du" can effectively remove HR-HPV.2."Li Shi Hua Du" can significantly lighten clinical symptoms,such as abnormal leucorrhe?osculatory bleeding,ect.It not only can improve the environment of endovaginal micrologics,but also can have an effect on a high living quality.What's more,it was safe and free of side-effects.3.The infection-rate of HPV at Dongzhimen Hospital was 27.51%,and the single infection rate(65.6%)was the highest;Of the 63 cases of single infection,52 were the most,accounting for 23.81.It was common that infections ranged in ages from 26 to 30 and 51 to 55.
