Clinical Observation Of Self-Made Guben Antispasmodic Decoction On Bronchial Asthma Of Lung-Spleen Deficiency Type

Objective:This project aims at intervening chronic remission stage of bronchial Asthma patients type of lung phlegm turbidity with oral chinese medicine?Chinese herbal medicine compound self-made Guben antispasmodic decoction?,observing the effect on symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,pulmonary function of IgE,?FEV₁,PEF?and so on,to provide theoretical basis and a new treatment method for its clinical application.Methods:Dividing the patients who correspond to the standard into two group by using the method of completely random grouping.30 cases in each group.The control group was given budesonide formoterol powder inhalation.The experimental group was treated by Chinese herbal medicine compound of self-made Guben antispasmodic decoction added conventional western medicine treatment the treatment course for 21 days.After the end of the course of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes?cough,expectoration,expectoration?were observed before and after treatment between the two groups.Wheezing,chest tightness,stunned,wheezing),IgE,pulmonary function?FEV₁,PEF?Change in,etc.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,pulmonary function,TCM symptom score and other general data and observation indexes?P>0.05?.2.The total effective percentage of the test group and the control group were 90%and83.33%respectively.3.The standard of IgE in the experimental group was remarkably different from that in the control group before and after treatment?P<0.05?.The difference was statistically considerably,indicating that the two treatment methods were effective.There was a obvious difference in IgE standard between the control group and the test group after treatment?P<0.05?.4.There were visible differences in symptoms and signs of cough,expectoration and shortness of breath between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment?P<0.05?.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two treatment schemes were effective in improving the scores of TCM symptoms.There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the scores of expectoration,stupor,fatigue and self-sweating symptoms?P<0.05?,but there was no significant difference in the scores of cough and shortness of breath?P>0.05?.5.There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the treatment of pulmonary function index?FEV₁,PEF?,which indicated that the two methods were effective.The pulmonary function index?FEV₁,PEF?of the test group was obviously higher than that of the control group after treatment?P<0.05?.Conclusion:In the treatment of bronchial asthma with deficiency of both lung and spleen,the self-made Guben antispasmodic decoction is secure and valid,and can obviously improve the symptoms,signs and related laboratory indexes of the patients.The total effective rate of oral self-made antispasmodic decoction combined with budesonide formoterol?budesonide formoterol powder inhaler?was significantly higher than that of single western medicine.
