Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris (Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Medicinal Moxibustion Pot

The purpose of this study is to treat psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis type)with traditional Chinese medicine and moxibustion cans,observe its clinical efficacy and safety,and analyze the advantages of the combination of Chinese medicine and moxibustion cans in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis type).Provide clinical basis for the promotion of medicine moxibustion cans.In this study,60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis type)were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The two groups were treated with oral Chinese medicine Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with calcipotriol ointment.For external use,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy combined with oral Chinese medicine Taohong Siwu Decoction and calcipotriol ointment for external treatment.The control group was treated with oral Chinese medicine Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with calcipotriol ointment for external treatment.4 weeks was a course of treatment for 8 weeks.After 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI)scores were performed.Safety indicators were monitored and adverse reactions were observed.The results of the study showed that:(1)There was a significant difference in the PASI score between the two groups in patients with psoriasis vulgaris(blood sputum type)before treatment,P>0.05.The two groups of treatment methods have certain improvement in the severity of psoriasis vulgaris(blood sputum)lesions.The clinical efficacy,but the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).(2)Beforetreatment,there was no significant difference in blood stasis syndrome score between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).After 4weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group had rash color,rash infiltration degree,The degree of itching and sublingual collaterals were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the moxibustion can therapy can improve the symptoms of TCM in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.(3)After 8 weeks of treatment,the two groups were cured: 12 in the treatment group and 4 in the control group;markedly effective: 11 in the treatment group and 7 in the control group;effective: 6 in the treatment group and 10 in the control group;Ineffective: Treatment 1 case was in the group and 9 cases in the control group.There were significant differences in clinical efficacy,which were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment regimens of both groups achieved certain effects,and the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)Comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups: After treatment with the moxibustion moxibustion group,2 patients had local redness and pruritus symptoms at the treatment site,and were not treated.The symptoms resolved spontaneously and the clinical observation was not interrupted.The above results suggest:(1)Medicine and moxibustion cans combined with traditional Chinese medicine oral and calcipotriol ointment for external use and traditional Chinese medicine oral combined with calcipotriol ointment for the treatment of plaque psoriasis are effective,and the combination of Chinese medicine and moxibustion cans combined with traditional Chinese medicine oral and calcipotriol ointment is superior to traditional Chinese medicine.Oral combined with calcipotriol ointment for external use;(2)Oral and moxibustion cans combined with traditional Chinese medicine oral and calcipotriol ointment for the treatment of plaque psoriasis,no obvious adverse reactions;(3)As a non-pharmacological treatment for plaque psoriasis vulgaris,the medicine moxibustion canisteris safe,effective and easy to operate,has no adverse reactions and skin allergic reactions,and can be promoted and used in clinical and primary medical institutions.
