| Purpose:Psoriasis is one of the common clinical skin diseases,in view of psoriasis,the disease is stubborn,long course of treatment,easy to relapse,difficult to cure,the study found that ancient Chinese literature contains rich theoretical and clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,Wu Tang soup-based treatment of psoriasis is rich in theory,to explore the efficacy of its clinical application.Material and method:Cases were selected from 2016.3-2017.3 during the treatment in patients in the dermatology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Patients with psoriasis diagnosis criteria selected skin lesions repeatedly,the skin rash was patchy,and the scales were darker in color.A total of 90 cases were included in the experiment.The patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group by randomized grouping,with 45 cases in each group.The treatment group was given compound glycyrrhizin injection in 60 ml,5% glucose 250 ml static(Change to 0.9 % sodium chloride 250 ml in diabetic patients),once daily,Taohong Siwu Tang(Peach kernel 15 g,safflower 15 g,Rehmannia 20 g,Angelica 15 g,Angelica 15 g,Chuanxiong 10 g,Radix Astragali 20 g,Salvia miltiorrhiza 15 g,Radix Paeoniae Alba 15 g,Radix Codonopsis 10 g,Radix Glycyrrhizae 10g),external wash with psoriasis lotion,boric acid solution + triamcinolone acetonide injection three times a day for external use;control group given a compound glycyrrhizin injection in 60 ml,5% glucose 250ml(Change to 0.9 % sodium chloride 250 ml in diabetic patients),Once daily,topical psoriasis lotion wash,boric acid solution + triamcinolone acetonide injection three times a day for a total of 15 days,and on the 15 th day of treatment of the patient's condition and record the score,after the end of treatment three months The patients who completed the trial were followed up.The recurrence of skin lesions in the two groups was observed and compared.Results: 1.The treatment group in the treatment to the first 15 days were compared with the pre-treatment in the skin lesions related indicators score differences were statistically significant(P <0.05),the control group on the 15 th day of treatment,respectively,before treatment in the skin(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05)in the index of skin lesions The treatment group was superior to the control group in the treatment of skin lesions.2.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 95.34% and 74.42%,respectively.The treatment group was superior to the control group.3.months after the end of treatment follow-up,the treatment group recurrence rate was 12.50%,the control group recurrence rate was 57.14%,indicating that the treatment group can effectively extend the recurrence of psoriasis.Conclusion: 1.Taohongsiwutang qi stagnation type psoriasis have a significant effect.2.Taohongsiwutang can effectively delay the recurrence of psoriasis.3.The efficacy of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of psoriasis is obviously due to the use of Western medicine to treat psoriasis. |
