Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation (qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome) By Percutaneous Intervertebral Foraminal Endoscopy Technique Combined With Jiawei Taohong Siwu Decoction

Objective:To evaluated the clinical effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic spine system surgery combined with Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis type intervertebral lumbar disc protrusion.Method:From October 2016 to December 2017,90 patients undergoing percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic spine system surgery at the Department of Spine Surgery,Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into 3 groups:treatment group,control group,and basic treatment.group.The three groups of patients were treated with transforaminal endoscope and postoperative basic therapy.The treatment group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction,and the control group was treated with Yaobitong Capsule.The basic treatment group was treated with routine basic support.JOA lower back pain scores,VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores were used as indicators of symptoms and signs,and MacNab assessment criteria were used as clinical efficacy indicators.Pretreatment and posttreatment 1 week and 2 weeks were the observation time points,and the patient's own condition was evaluated.We performed comparison by comparison and mutual comparison between three groups.Result:?Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic treatment of lumbar disc herniation has increased the short-term efficacy over time.? After one week of treatment,the treatment group was not significantly better than the control group in terms of JOA score,VAS score,TCM symptom scores,indicating that the treatment group and the control group had similar efficacy;the treatment group was better than the basic treatment group;the control group was also comprehensive Better than basic treatment group.?After treatment for 3 weeks,the treatment group had significantly better VAS scores than the control group.The treatment group had better overall indicators than the basic treatment group,and the control group had better indicators than the basic treatment group.?After treatment,the treatment was better than the treatment group and basic treatment group in terms of curative effect,and the control group was better than the basic treatment group.Conclusion:Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic spine system surgery combined with basic routine treatment,percutaneous transforaminal lens technology combined with Yaobitong Capsule or Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction for the treatment of qi stagnation and lumbar disc herniation have a good effect,and with Treatment time increases.Under the premise of adequate treatment,percutaneous transforaminal microscopy combined with Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction has obvious advantages in improving patients' symptoms,signs,TCM symptoms and clinical curative effect compared with the other two methods.
