| Objective:In this paper,by discussing with lymphatic drainage technique to relieve swelling in the closed ankle fractures preoperative clinical method,observe the unanned lymphatic drainage technology with closed ankle fractures the curative effect of preoperative detuinescence provide clinical reference data and theoretical basis,and provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of closed ankle swelling preoperatively.Methods:70 patients with closed ankle fractures were randomly divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The control group received routine detumescence treatment and routine inpatient care during hospitalization,and the observation group was treated with lymphatic drainage technique with bare hands on the basis of routine detumescence treatment and nursing care.Ankle circumference swelling degree;The degree of ankle swelling and the preoperative waiting time of the two groups.Use count data with statistics software SPSS20.0 use chi-square,comparison between the two groups,using independent sample t-test,repetitive measure analysis of variance,each time point compared with variance analysis and LSD two comparative analysis of the two groups of related indicators,in order to evaluate clinical effect.Results:Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in pain scores,PWR and PWR(P>0.05).After intervention for 1d,2d,3d and 4d,the pain scores,PWR and PWR of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The preoperative waiting time of the observation group was also smaller than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with closed ankle fractures,lymphatic drainage with bare hands can reduce the preoperative pain and swelling of the ankle.The combination of clinical conventional detumescence method and lymphatic drainage technique of freehand has more significant effect.The combined application can synergize each other and enhance the effect,which is obviously better than the conventional detumescence method.Unarmed lymphatic drainage technology for the treatment of ankle swelling in the preoperative,relieve pain in patients with preoperative,shorten the preoperative waiting time,improve patient satisfaction has played a very important role,suitable for clinical use. |
