Review Of Ankle Fracture Based On Lauge-Hansen Classification And Observation Of Clinical Effect Of External Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

This study is divided into two parts: retrospective study of ankle fracture based on lauge-Hansen classification and clinical observation of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for preoperative swelling of fracture.Objective: To investigate the effect of different methods on the prognosis of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseaseStudy 1: a retrospective study was conducted on hospitalized patients with ankle fractures who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of orthopedics,the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2019 to September 2021,in order to clarify the specific situation of different ankle fractures,and re evaluate based on the lauge-Hansen classification of patients.Study 2: through clinical control study,explore the clinical efficacy of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of preoperative swelling of SERⅣ°ankle fracture,and provide reference for clinical shortening the treatment time of SERⅣ°ankle fracture and achieving rapid rehabilitation.Methods: the patients were randomly divided into two groupsStudy 1: the medical records,images and follow-up data of patients with ankle fractures who were hospitalized in the Department of orthopedics,the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2019 to September 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The patient’s gender,age,fracture side,preoperative waiting time,operation duration,fracture healing time,postoperative width difference of the affected side of the ankle,Talar tilt angle difference,preoperative and postoperative AOFAS score and other index data were collected,The patients were grouped according to the lauge-Hansen classification and grading,and the results were statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0software.Study 2: the case information collection table was made,and 60 patients with SER Ⅳ°ankle fracture who were hospitalized in the Department of orthopedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 were collected.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group received conventional detumescence and pain relief treatment,and the treatment group was additionally applied with Mahuang Tincture on the basis of the control group.The gender,age,fracture side,tension blisters,occurrence time of dermatoglyphic signs,ankle circumference difference and pain VAS score of the two groups were recorded,and the results were statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0 software.Results:Study 1: among the 100 patients,SER type accounted for 66%,PER Ⅲ°and Ⅳ°fractures accounted for about 16%,SA accounted for 12%,and PA accounted for 6%.There was no statistical difference in gender,age,fracture side,fracture healing time and other data between the groups;The differences of preoperative waiting time,operation duration,postoperative ankle width difference,talus tilt angle difference and other data were small,but the differences were related to the severity of graduation;There was no difference in preoperative AOFAS score among the groups,and the AOFAS score at 3 months after operation was also correlated with the severity of graduation.Study 2: there was no difference in gender,age,fracture side and tension blister between the treatment group and the control group;The occurrence time of dermatoglyphic signs in the treatment group was 6.73±0.87 days,significantly earlier than 8.00±1.20 days in the control group;There was no difference in ankle circumference difference on the 1st and 3rd day,and the treatment group was significantly smaller than the control group on the 5th and7 th day;There was no difference in VAS score between the two groups on the first day.The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control on the third and fifth days(P < 0.05),and both groups decreased to a lower level on the seventh day.Conclusion: the Lauge-Hanse classification of ankle fracture still has guiding significance for judging the injury degree and treatment points of patients at present,which is helpful for better clinical diagnosis and treatment of ankle fracture;The wet compress of Mahuang tincture can reduce the pain and swelling of patients with SER Ⅳ°fracture before operation and realize the rapid recovery of patients..
