| ObjectiveThis study evaluated the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask in the treatment of patients with qi stagnation acne by observing the changes of skin lesions and body mass scores of qi stagnation acne before and after treatment,and provided a reliable clinical basis for the treatment of this disease.MethodsA total of 64 patients with qi stagnation acne were included in the study and were randomly divided into two groups,32 in each group.There were 2 cases in the treatment group,1 case in the control group,1 case,and 30 cases in each group.The control group was orally administered with isotretinoin soft capsule on the basis of the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine mask,wherein the Chinese medicine mask was treated once a week;1 course lasted 4 weeks,and 2 courses were treated.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine mask,first Chinese medicine mask,then acupuncture treatment,the frequency was acupuncture once every 3 days,the Chinese medicine mask and course of treatment were the same as the control group.Both groups of patients were treated locally for lesions according to the condition.Statistical analysis was performed to compare the improvement of acne local lesions and changes in body mass before and after treatment in the two groups to compare the difference in efficacy between the two groups.ResultsAfter 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of acne lesions in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the differences in lesions between the two groups after treatment were statistically analyzed.Significant(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask on the improvement of acne lesions was better than the control group.In terms of improvement of qi stagnation,the physical fitness scores of the patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but the physical scores of the control group did not improve significantly(P>0.05),indicating that both treatment methods have effects.The treatment group also improved the qi stagnation score.After treatment,the total effective rate of skin lesions improved by acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask was 93.33%.The control group used isotretinoin soft capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask to improve the skin lesions.The efficiency was 63.33%.After statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was more effective than the control group.ConclusionThe results showed that in the therapeutic effect,the treatment group and the control group had certain curative effect on improving hemorrhoids,but the treatment group with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine mask was more effective and worthy of clinical application. |
