Aappiication Rule Of Acupuncture For Angina Based-on Data Mining Analysis

Objective:Using data mining technology to analyze the ancient and modern literatures about the acupuncture treatment for coronary heart disease angina, to explore acupoint selection rule and compatibility characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of the disease.Methods:Collect ancient and modern literatures about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of coronary heart disease angina. Firstly ascertain the ancient name corresponds to "coronary heart disease angina" by referencing to " big dictionary of Chinese and western medicine of disease control" edited by LIN Zhaogeng. Then find and retrieve books required to input data, comprehensively collect related documents according to the" ancient acupuncture clinical literature acquisition bibliography list" early made by the team. Collection of modern literatures takes the combination method of computer retrieval and manual retrieval ways. Collect clinical reports literatures of coronary heart disease angina which take the fourteen meridians’acupoints as the main points and take methods of acupuncture, moxibustion, electric acupuncture and laser needle acupuncture as treatment. Sift ancient and modern literatures and put the documents satisfied the requirement into acupuncture prescription libraries, use data mining to analyse application rule and characteristics of channels and collaterals, acupoints in particular hole on treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Results:Result of acupoints collection shows78acupoints were used on ancient acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of angina, and271times in total in which daling(PC7), shangwan(RN13), neiguan(PC6), zusanli(ST36), zhongwan(RN12), quze(PC3) were chosed more than10times. Result of acupoints compatibility shows combinations of daling and neiguan, daling and quze, zhongwan and daling, zu sanli and shangwan, neiguan and quze were most often chosed and these acupoints main located in four limbs, chest and abdomen, and the combination of points in upper limbs and chest, abdomen rank the firt. Acupuncture and moxibustion prescription involved in13meridian acupoints except the small intestine meridian. Modern acupuncture treating angina pectoris uses71acupoints for565times in which the top five acupuncture points are neiguan(PC6), xinshu(BL15), tanzhong(RN17), jueyinshu(BL14), shenmen(HT7). The main acupoints compatibilities are neiguan and xinshu, neiguan and danzhong, Tanzhong and xinshu, jueyinshu and xinshu, and the points are main located in four limbs, chest, abdomen and bank shu, and the combinations of points in upper limbs and back shu rank the firt. The application of acupoints is widely distributed in14meridians. Result of specific holes showed that ancient acupuncture and moxibustion prescription used63in78points, taking80.77%, and the highest frequency point is five shu points, followed by intersection point, the original points, the Mu-front acupoints, luo-connecting points. Specific points compatibility relation showed compatibilities of five acupoints and the original point, five-shu points and collaterals acupuncture point, the Mu-front acupoints and five-shu points, five-shu points and intersection point, the original hole and collaterals acupuncture point used most often. Modern acupuncture and moxibustion prescription used61points in71, taking85.92%. Among the specific acupoints luo-connecting point, eight confluence points, five shu points, back shu points and confluent acupoint are frequency used. Association rules of specific acupoints compatibility shows that the matches of confluent acupoint and back-shu point, luo-connecting point and back-shu point, luo-connecting point and five-shu point, front-mu point and back-shu point rank the first.Conclusions:Acupuncture treatment for angina follows rule of "choosing points along meridians "and pays attention to the adjacent acupoints and the selection of a specific point of bullishness of convergence characteristics. The acupoints compatibility method mainly as follows:combination of affected meridian, Yin and yin meridians and acupuncture point method, up and down hole method, Yin and yang meridians and acupuncture point method, before and after match point method, distal-proximal point association, Yin meridians and eight extra-channel match point method, five shu acupoints and the original hole match method, five shu acupoints and collaterals acupuncture point match method, Mu-front acupoints and five shu acupoints match method, five shu acupoints and confluent acupoint match method, the original and luo-connecting point match method, the confluent acupoint and back shu point match method, luo-connecting point and back shu point match method, luo-connecting point and confluent acupoint match method, luo-connecting point and five shu points match method, back-shu points and Mu-front acupoints match metho, etc.
