Clinical Study Of Bushen Wenj Ing Tongluo Decoction Combined With Moxibust Ion In Treating RA Of Cold-dampness Type

ObjectiveTo systematically summarize Dr Qiu' s clinical experience in the treatment of RA,and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Wenjing Tongluo Decoction of Dr Qiu's combined with moxibust ion and methotrexate(MTX)in treating RA of Cold-dampness type.MethodAccording to the sample size,72 patients with RA of Cold-dampness type were divided into 2 groups randomly.36 cases i n the control group were treated with moxibustion and Methotrexate Tablets.36 patients in the treatment group were treated with Bushen Wenjing Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment duration of treatment was 14 days.Through the observation of joint tenderness,joint swelling,RF,ESR,CRP,DAS28 score,TCM syndrome score,VAS score,HAQ evaluation changes and adverse reactions of patients before and after the treatment,to compared the clinical efficacy and safety of two groups of treatment regimens in the treatment ofRA of Cold-dampness type.Result1.In the overall efficacy of this syudy,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was respectively 96.67%and 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant after comparison(P<0.05).2.As for clinical symptoms of RA such as the number of joint tenderness,the treatment group improved better in this respect than the other one and significantly difference between the groups(P<0.05).3.As for laboratory indicators such as RF,ESR,CRP,the treatment group was more effective in reducing ESR and CRP than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically signi ficant,(P<0.05),but in RF there was no significant difference(P>0.05).4.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in decreasing the DAS28 score of disease activity after treatment(P<0.05).5.In terms of health status score HAQ,the differences in HAQ scores between the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).6.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in reducing the TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).7.In the aspect of medication safety,there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.There were no abnormalities in the three routine,liver and kidney function tests before and after treatment.ConclusionThe treatment regimen of Bushen Wenjing Tongluo Decoction combined with moxibustion and methotrexate(MTX)in treating RA of Cold-dampness type can significantly improve the inflammatory index,clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome and disease activity,and no serious adverse reactions.The treatment regimen of Bushen Wenjing Tongluo Decoction combined with moxibustion and methotrexate(MTX)in treating RA of Cold-dampness type is safe and effective.It convincingly proved the advantages of combination of Chinese and Western medicine.Above all,it is worthy of clinical application.
