Clinical Observation Of Wenyang Tongluo Therapy In The Treatment Of Cold Dampness Blockage Type Systemic Sclerosis

Objective:To explore the theoretical basis of wenyangtongluo treatment by aconite Guizhi mixture as the representative of the genus of cold dampness blockage type systemic sclerosis and clinical efficacy analysis,take a randomized controlled study,using statistical methods,the efficacy and safety of induction and summary of wenyangtongluo method in the treatment of systemic sclerosis.Methods: A randomized controlled trial,60 patients with cold dampness type systemic sclerosis patients,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Guizhi Fuzi decoction combined with Penicillamine Tablets,the control group were treated with Penicillamine Tablets.12 weeks as a course of treatment.Observe two groups of patients before and after treatment,the skin hardness and nailfold microcirculation detection results,TCM syndrome score,ESR,CRP efficacy index.Before and after treatment,two groups of patients with blood,urine,stool routine test,liver and kidney function,ECG and other safety indicators.Result: 1.From the etiology and pathogenesis of Wenyang Tongluo therapy in the treatment of systemic sclerosis(cold dampness type)basis and feasibility;based on the literature research,extracting the effective prescriptions for treatment,to evaluate the feasibility of compatibility law and treatment of the main components of the system,the drug of aconite Guizhi mixture sclerosis.2.After the end of treatment,the two groups of TCM syndrome,treatment group,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 93.34%,the control group was 80%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The treatment group of nailfold microcirculation detection results rate was 90%,66.67% in the control group,the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group compared with the skin sclerosis,there were significant differences(P < 0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.5.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group to improve ESR,CRP,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.6.In the course of the study,two groups of patients with blood routine,liver and kidney function were not significantly abnormal.Conclusion: 1.Aconite Guizhi mixture for wenyangtongluo on behalf of party is a safe and effective treatment for cold dampness type systemic sclerosis.2.The clinical symptoms of aconite Guizhi mixture can obviously improve the cold dampness type of systemic sclerosis,and found no apparent side effects,is a safe and effective drug,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
