Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Dysmenorrhea Caused By Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis By Wenjing Tongluo Massage Technique

Objective:To compare the curative effect of “warming meridians Tongluo massage manipulation” and “acupuncture and moxibustion” in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and to analyze the characteristics and advantages of “warming meridians Tongluo massage manipulation”,so as to provide more reasonable and effective treatment for cold coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea.Methods:Sixty subjects with dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and stasis type met the inclusion criteria.According to the random number table,the subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(n=27)and acupuncture treatment control group(n=33).Both groups were treated once a day for the first 3 days at the time of menstruation,and 3 consecutive menstrual cycles were used as a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the relevant data were counted,and the VAS pain score,COX dysmenorrhea symptom scale score and TCM syndrome scale score before and after one course of treatment were compared,and the intra-group and inter-group comparisons were carried out,and finally the statistical analysis and processing were carried out.Results:1.Comparison of VAS pain score and curative effect: after statistical analysis,there was significant difference in VAS pain score between Wenjing Tongluo massage group and acupuncture group before and after one course of treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS pain score between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).After on course of treatment,the total effective rates of Wenjing Tongluo massage group and acupuncture treatment group were 96.15% and 78.57%,respectively.2.COX dysmenorrhea scale score: after statistical analysis,the CMSS severity score of Wenjing Tongluo massage group and acupuncture group before and after one course of treatment was compared between the two groups(P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the two groups of CMSS severity group was(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.After one course of treatment,the total effective rates of Wenjing Tongluo massage group and acupuncture treatment group were 96.15% and72.42%,respectively.After completing a course of treatment,the CMSS time scores of Wenjing Tongluo massage group and acupuncture group were compared between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.There was significant difference in CMSS time score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After one course of treatment,the total effective rates of CMSS severity and 71.42%,CMSS time in Wenjing Tongluo massage group and acupuncture treatment group were 96.15% and 88.46% and 89.28%,respectively.There were significant differences in abdominal pain,anorexia,headache,back lumbosacral pain,vertigo,diarrhea,depression,irritability and neuroticism between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment with CMSS frequency(duration),there were significant differences in abdominal pain,anorexia,back lumbosacral pain,diarrhea,depression,irritability and neuroticism between the two groups(P<0.05)3.Score of TCM syndrome scale: after statistical analysis,the scores of TCM syndrome scale in Wenjing Tongluo massage group and acupuncture group before and after one course of treatment were compared between the two groups(P<0.01),thedifference was statistically significant.The scores of TCM syndrome scale after treatment were compared between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After one course of treatment,the total effective rates of Wenjing Tongluo massage group and acupuncture treatment group were 92.30% and 78.57%,respectively.Conclusion:1.Wenjing Tongluo massage treatment and acupuncture treatment can significantly improve cold coagulation and blood stasis type dysmenorrhea(primary).The degree of pain,frequency of attack,accompanying symptoms and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The inprovement of the severity and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicicine by it is better than that of acupuncture and moxibustion.2.Wenjing Tongluo massage treatment and acupuncture treatment in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis type dysmenorrhea(primary)patients,there are obvious short-term effects.3.Wenjing Tongluo massage treatment and acupuncture treatment have their own advantages in the improvenment of symptoms of dysmenorrhea(primary)of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Wenjing Tongluo massage technique is superior to acupuncture and moxibustion in the improvement of abdominal pain,anorexia,back lumbosacral pain and diarrhea,while acupuncture treatment is superior to acupuncture and moxibustion in improving depression,irritability and neuroticism.Yu Wen meridians Tongluo massage manipulation
