Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Dysmenorrhea Of Adenomyosis With Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis By Wenjing Decoction And Thermal Moxibustion

Objective: To observe the effect of modified Wenjing Decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on adenomyosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,then provide evidence for its clinical application and find a better treatment for patients.Methods: Adenomyosis dysmenorrhea patients who met the diagnostic criteria were included in the clinical study.Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups,half of them in treatment group and the other in control group.The treatment group was treated with modified Wenjing Decoction and heat-sensitive moxibustion,while the control group was treated with modified Wenjing Decoction.After three consecutive menstrual cycles,the changes of observational indexes such as dysmenorrhea symptom score,syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)score and VAS score before and after treatment were observed,and the safety indexes of patients were monitored to determine the safety of this scheme,then all data were recorded for statistics,for the purpose of summarizing and evaluating the clinical efficacy of Wenjing Decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis type adenomyosis.Results: Through clinical observation and research we can find that 17 cases(56.67%)in the treatment group are markedly effective,10 cases(33.33%)are effective,3 cases(10.00%)are ineffective,and the total effective rate is 90%;9 cases(30%)in the control group are markedly effective,11 cases(36.67%)are effective,10 cases(33.33%)are ineffective,and the total effective rate is 66.67%.The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05),indicating that the total curative effect of the treatment group is better.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,dysmenorrhea symptoms and VAS in the treatment group and the control group were lower than before,with significant difference(P < 0.05).There is a significant difference(P <0.05)between two groups in these scores,indicating these scores in treatment group are better than the control group,and the curative effect is better too.Conclusion: The curative effect of Wenjing Decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis with cold coagulation and blood stasis is obvious,which can effectively improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea and the living quality of patients.During the treatment period,no obvious adverse reactions were observed,the clinical efficacy was definite and the safety was high.
