Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Milli-fire Needle Therapy For Peripheral Facial Paralysis Sequelae Period

ObjectiveThrough observation and contrast Milli-Fire needle threapy and regular acupuncture points treatment on the therapeutic effect of patinets with sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis,Exploring the possibility of achieving better therapy for sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis.And provide a new choice and method for clinical treatmeat on Sequelae of Facial Paralysis.Method60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 and 30 cases respectively,the treatment group selected Milli-fire needle therapy.and the control group selected regular acupuncture points.Each group has the same treatment course、manipulation、needle retention and stroke frequency.all of them were treated alternate day and five times as a courese,including 4 courses.in the end,contrasting analysis of two groups before and after treatment was detected by H-B scale,Sunnybrook scale and FDI scale,clinical effect.given the descriptive analysis of outcome,finally come to the conclusion.ResultsAll the 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria completed the course of treatment and were followed up without any obvious adverse reactions.1.the baseline of this two groups were consistents:the ages,genderes,courses of the disease,parts of facial paralysis before treatment of two groups were compared.That showed two groups were comparable.(P>0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,the scores among H-B scale,Sunnybrook scale,FDI scale of two groups are statistically significant compared with before treatment.(P<0.05).especially,the treatment group were more excellect than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of H-B scale,Sunnybrook scale and FDI scale of treatment group are significantly higer than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the difference among the scores of H-B scale,Sunnybrook scale and FDI scale of treatment the before and after treatment were better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,30 cases were treated in the treatment group,9 cases were cured,15 cases were developed,3 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.00%.The control group healed in 4 cases,13 cases were markedly effective,effective in 7 cases,5 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 80.00%,total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionMilli-fire needle therapy and regular acupuncture points to treat sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis,all can get certain clinical curative effect.However,Milli-fire needle has a better effect on the recovery of patients with facial nerve and facial muscle function,also do good to rebuild interpersonal communication ability.Therefore,which is worthy of further clinical application.
