Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Floating Acupuncture In Treating Peripheral Facial Paralysis During Recovery

Objective: To study the clinical manifestations of patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated with acupuncture and floating needles during the recovery period,and to obtain the clinical efficacy of this method according to the study results.Methods: A total of 60 patients were randomly selected from the acupuncture and massage department in the practice hospital within one year.Patients in the recovery period were divided into two groups,30 in each group.The groups were: control group(acupuncture),treatment group(acupuncture plus floating needle),5 days of a course of treatment,2 courses of treatment,observation and recording of 3 groups of facial paralysis before and after treatment in each experimental group.Scales,4 evaluation indicators,through the comparison to determine the basis of acupuncture with floating needle therapy on the "peripheral facial paralysis" recovery period.Results: The treatment group(acupuncture plus floating needle)and control group(acupuncture)were treated after 2 courses of treatment.By analyzing the comparative scale 1,there was a significant reduction before treatment.The other scores have improved somewhat before treatment.Scale 3 has a relative decrease,according to statistical analysis,there are significant differences(P <0.01),indicating that the comparison data can be used to refer to;2 after the treatment of the control group,the scale 1 is lower than before the treatment,and the 3 evaluation index statistics Analysis(P<0.05);3 Measurements in treatment group 1 and 3 were decreased compared with before treatment,and 2 evaluation indexes were improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05);but each score in treatment group was higher than that in control group.The improvement was even more significant(P<0.01);4 Compared with the treatment group,the 4 indicators in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),with the treatment group being more effective(P< 0.01);5 It can be seen from the analysis and study that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group(83.33%)is better than that of the control group(80%),so the treatment group's efficacy is better than that of the basic experimental group.Conclusion: 1 The treatment methods of the basic experimental group and the clinical observation group can be reduced by 4indicators 2 can be found by comparison: the treatment group compared to the control group has a more obvious good effect,but the treatment group used acupuncture and floating needles The therapeutic effect is more pronounced.It can be concluded that acupuncture and floating needles are more effective in treating the disease.
