The Study Of The Therapy Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis By The Milli-fire Needle Coordinate Acupuncture

ObjectiveBy a randomized controlled clinical trial,this study explores the therapeutic effect of milli-fire needle coordinated with acupuncture on patients with peripheral facial paralysis in acute stage.It is hoped that this study will provide a more rapid and effective method for clinical treatment of periphc ral facial paralysis by exploring the effectiveness of milli-fire needle combined with acupuncture in promoting the recovery of patients with peripheral facial paralysis.MethodsThis subject adopts the prospective control method,60 cases of acute stage of peripheral facial paralysis of wind-cold type were selected from the Acupuncture Clinic of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of,Zhongshan.According to the random principle,the 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with the milli-fire needle combined with acupuncture,while the control group was treated with needle singly.The two groups were treated with 5 days as a course of treatment.After 3 courses,the clinical symptoms,signs and recovery of facial nerve function were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The evaluation criteria were(H-B)grading of facial nerve function and quanti tative scoring table of symptoms and signs.Statistical analysis of data results is carried out by SPSS 17.0 software,and systematic analysis and evaluation are made.ResultsSummarizing the above analysis results,we can see that the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with milli-fire needle combined with acupuncture and pure acupuncture has therapeutic effect,which is reflected in the evaluation of H-B classification and symptoms and signs score.There are differences in the curative effect between the two groups,the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionSummarizing the above analysis results,we can see that the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with milli-fire needle combined with acupuncture and pure acupuncture has therapeutic effect,which is reflected in the evaluation of H-B classification and symptoms and signs score.There are differences in the curative effect between the two groups,the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).
