Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of he's fire needle warming method combined with general acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis compared with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,to explore the role of he's fire needle warming method in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, and to explore and improve the new methods and new ideas of clinical treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Material and method:From July 1,2018 to September 30,2019,60 patients who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of peripheral facial paralysis were collected from the acupuncture clinic of department K3,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine. They were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random grouping method,30 in each group. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture once a day, rest for 1-2 days every 5 days,2 weeks as a course of treatment, the total course of treatment was 4 weeks;the treatment group was treated with routine acupuncture the same as the control group,on this basis,he's fire needle with a diameter of0.5mm was used to prick with Wentong method, once every other day,3 times a week,2weeks as a course of treatment, the total course of treatment was 4 weeks.H-B rating scale and portmann simple rating scale were used in each group for comparative analysis. Before treatment and after each course of treatment, efficacy evaluation and relevant rating were compared. Finally, the data were recorded, and the results were analyzed with descriptive words, and finally the clinical observation was completed.Results:1.Before treatment, the baseline of each group was compared, and there was basically no difference.2.H-B rating scale comparison: after treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of he's fire needle warming method combined with ordinary acupuncture was better than that of conventional acupuncture;after treatment, the H-B rating scores in the two groups were improved, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that he's fire needle warming method combined with ordinary acupuncture Acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can improve the recovery of facial muscle function;3.Comparison of portmann simple score scale: after treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05)The simple score was higher than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: after treatment,7 cases were cured,20 cases were significantly effective,3 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective in the treatment group, with a total effective rate of 100.00%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,19 cases were significantly effective,6 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 95.00%Conclusion:1.He's fire needle warming method combined with common acupuncture and conventional acupuncture has curative effect on peripheral facial paralysis.2.He's fire acupuncture combined with general acupuncture has better effect on H-B classification, portmann's simple score and clinical effect.3.The method of he's fire needle warming and unblocking combined with general acupuncture is effective, simple and easy to operate, has obvious advantages, has medical application value, and is worthy of clinical application.
