Objective:To investigate the health knowledge and behavior of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),to explore the application of Teach-back mode in health education after PCI,To evaluate the influence of this model on the physiological indicators, quality of life, medication compliance and the passing rate of relevant knowledge of patients after PCI.Methods:1.On the basis of literature analysis, based on the Inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, using the method of convenient sampling, from January 2018 to February 2018,We used the"chronic Disease related Health Literacy Questionnaire"to investigate the status of 120 patients in the relevant parts of coronary heart disease. We rely on teach-back theory,to consult with relevant experts and collect subject materials, ultimately apply the Teach-back model. The Nursing research group was set up,and the scheme of Teach-back health education model was determined by consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures to determine the research tools and research methods.2.Using the method of convenient sampling,100 cases of PCI patients with informed consent were selected to select a top three hospital in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province from March 2018 to June 2018 as the research object.According to the length of admission,50 cases selected from March to April were assigned to the control group,and50 cases selected from April to May were assigned to the observation group. The two groups of research methods were as follows:The control group used the conventional health education method, and the observation group used the Teach-back model on the basis of the control group. The intervention time of both groups was 3 months after discharge. The blood pressure, body mass index, total cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein, quality of life,Mosisky questionnaire and Seattle angina pectoris questionnaire were compared between the two groups of patients.1 days after operation,3months after discharge, and the pass rate of the related Knowledge link table was evaluated on the day of discharge of two groups of patients with self-made coronary intervention(PCI).Data analysis is carried out using SPSS20.0 software. In accordance with the normal distribution of the metering data using two independent sample T test, does not conform to the normal distribution of the measurement data using non-parametric testing, counting data using the percentage of statistical description, the use of?~2 test,to P<0.05 for the difference has statistical significance.Results:1.In the course of the current investigation,6 patients fell off,and 114 patients were eventually studied. The total score of health accomplishment of 114 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was(13.51±7.92),and the scores of four dimensions were:the basic knowledge of coronary heart disease(3.70±2.25),the health belief composition of coronary heart disease(3.25±1.95),the health behavior of coronary heart disease(3.43±1.97),the basic situation of health skills of coronary heart disease(3.12?2.10),PCI the health knowledge related quality of patients after operation is low.2.There were no significant differences in the baseline data of the two groups of patients after PCI in terms of gender, age, type of medical insurance, education level, occupation, residential area, annual family income, medication type, comorbidities, and differences.3.The qualified rate of post-related knowledge connection table. On the day of discharge, the success rate of postoperative related knowledge was compared between the two groups. The composite rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Quality of life(SAQ).One day after operation, the SAQ scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of the five dimensions between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Medication compliance. On the 1st postoperative day, there was no significant difference in the Morisky questionnaire between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).After 3 months of discharge, the Morisky questionnaire scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).6.One day after operation, there was no significant difference in blood pressure, body mass index, triglyceride, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).After 3 months of discharge, except for the body mass index, the difference in physiological indexes between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Patients with postoperative PCI have a low level of health literacy in coronary heart disease, low level of knowledge about coronary heart disease-related health knowledge, and insufficient awareness of disease prognosis.2.Teach-back mode in the use of post-PCI health education,is a feedback,real-time,synchronous intervention, can improve the patient's disease physiological indicators, improve the quality of life of patients after PCI,medication compliance Sexuality, suitable for the promotion and application of cardiovascular health education.
