ObjectiveThe therapeutic effect of continuous nursing was explored on patients with coronary heart disease after PCI operation.Under optimal medical therapy, medication compliance and quality of life of patients were evaluated. The main contents included:(1)To evaluate the effect of OMT on the treatment of patients after PCI;(2)To explore the influence of continuity nursing on patient's medication compliance;(3)To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life;(4)To provide the basis for the continuous nursing of patients after PCI.MethodsSixty patients as research object were chosen from cardiovascular internal medicine in Nanjing medical university affiliated hospital between January 2016 and May 2016.These patients were all accepted percutaneous coronary interention(PCI)and the optimize drug therapy(OMT).Other sixty patients were defined control group that were chosen from the same junior college education between September 2015 and December 2015.The 60 patients who were discharged from the hospital were carried out in a continuous nursing care with telephone follow-up as the main intervention mode.Experimental group patients were all accepted the continuation nursing of coronary heart disease health education during hospitalization, individualized diet movement guidance, understanding and help patients with OMT solution treatment adherence at discharge and discharge after 1 month,3 months,6 months, and 12 months of telephone follow-up.In the control group,60 patients were operated and treated with OMT for a year, and the patients were followed up by telephone for 12 months after discharge. The two groups were compared. The evaluation index:The OMT utilization rate, optimal medication treatment compliance(Morisky medication adherence scale-8),and BMQ.The quality of life was assessed by the health survey(EQ and SF-36)and the Seattle angina scale SAQ-ch.Results1.The OMT utilization rate of the experimental group was 58.30%,91.70%,96.70%,and 93.30%after PCI 1,3,6,and 12 months respectively. The OMT utilization rate of the control group was relatively low, which was 90%.2.The probability of poor compliance was relatively average in the evaluation of medication compliance of the experimental group.Good compliance increased significantly, with a probability of 48.3%in December, good compliance in the control group was only 1.8%.There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.3.Necessary latitude and concerned latitude were used to evaluate medication beliefs in BMQ scale. The necessary latitude of medication in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the concerned latitude in 3,6,12 months. The necessary latitude of the patients in December was 19.5±3.1,while that of the control group was only 17.1 ±2.0,and the two reached a significant level. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the concerned latitude.4.The EQ scale included 2 indices EQ-5D and EQ-VSA.The SF-36 simple list contained 1 index. There were no significant differences between the 3 indexes of EQ-5D,EQ-VSA and SF-36 in the experimental group between June and December, and there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.5.For five indices in SAQ-ch scale, there was significant difference of DP index in the experimental group between June and Decembe. And there was no significant difference of TS and DP between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion1.Medication complianc of PCI postoperative patients could be improved by continuous nursing.2.The utilization rate of OMT could be improved by continuous nursing.3.The quality of life of patients after PCI could be improved by continuous nursing, and postoperative long-term effects could be improved.4.The continuity nursing of PCI after coronary heart disease could be popularized clinically.
