Objective:By observing the efficacy of warming-acupuncture Zu San Li in the treatment of wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis, explore the mechanism of warming-acupuncture Zu San Li of peripheral facial paralysis, optimize the program of acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:50cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the two groups were treated with warming-acupuncture Zu San Li and acupuncture respectively, On H-B subscale and FDI subscale testing on patients before treatment and after three courses respectively. Observe the efficacy of warming-acupuncture Zu San Li in the treatment of wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis.Results:(1) After three courses of treatment, comparison of the efficacy indicators of two groups before and after treatment were significant differences (P<0.05);(2) After three courses of treatment, the treatment group improve wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis patients of facial nerve function and body function better than the control group (P<0.05); two groups in improving the psychosocial status of patients with wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis have the same effect (P>0.05);(3) After three courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were88.00%and70.83%respectively.After statistical analysis, the total efficiency of the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:(1) Acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is effective.Warming-acupuncture Zusanli therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy both can significantly improve the peripheral facial paralysis patients of facial nerve function、physical function and psychosocial status.(2) Warming-acupuncture Zusanli therapy can improve facial nerve function and physical function of the wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis patients, which is better than conventional acupuncture therapy.(3) The efficacy of Warming-acupuncture Zusanli therapy on the treatment of wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis patients is superior to conventional acupuncture.
