Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Kidney Nourishing Decoction Combined With Hysteroscopy In The Treatment Of Irregular Menstruation After Intraute Rine Adhesion

Objective The tonifying kidney and regulating the wash decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions after menstruation,and explore the clinical efficacy of method in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions after menstruation,with combination of TCM and Western medicine,and provide an effective feasible treatment for intrauterine adhesions after menstruation to be not moved.Method Selected from our hospital in January 2014 to 2015 years 3 month outpatient,hospital after receiving intrauterine adhesions irregular menstruation of 90 cases of patients,digital table method were randomly divided into three groups according to,all patients underwent hysteroscopic treatment,again on the basis of this,traditional Chinese medicine group,Bushen tune Decoction in the treatment,Western medicine group,artificial cycle therapy,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine group by tonifying kidney and regulating Chong decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy.Observe three groups of each period of B-ultrasonic examination after treatment,the treatment group in the first period,and after second cycles,third cycles of treatment,evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and develop curative effect evaluation standard score.Result 1.after 3 cycles of treatment,three groups were treated with the overall curative effect evaluation,total efficiency of 73.33%groups of traditional Chinese medicine;western medicine group’s total effectiveness 76.66%.The total efficiency of 90%in western medicine group.Statistical analysis found that the clinical efficacy of three groups of patients,higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment group the total efficiency of the treatment group was combined traditional Chinese and Western Medicine(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2.before and after treatment in three groups of endometrial thickness had significant difference(P<0.05),there was statistical significance.3.The three groups were intrauterine adhesions after menstruation curative effect observation of score,all patients before and after the treatment were compared with the treatment of score improved significantly,compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Three groups were performed traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)as standard quantitative score.All patients before and after the treatment were compared with the treatment of score improved significantly,compared with statistical significance(P<0.05);Chinese traditional medicine combined with western medicine group score was significantly lower than that of traditional Chinese medicine group,Western medicine group,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Three group method in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions after menstruation has a better therapeutic effect,but the use of tonifying kidney and regulating Chong decoction combined with hysteroscop y and Western medicine in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions after menstruation curative effect more obvious.Compared with the single treatment is more suitable for clinical application.
