Objective:To study the clinical characteristics, pathogenic factors and clinical efficacy of314 enuresis in children, and to provide guidance for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of enuresis in children. Methods:Clinical data were collected by on-site inquiry and filling in the form for the parents of 314 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of enuresis in the outpatient department of jiangxi children's hospital from February 2017 to December2018.Perfected blood routine, urine routine, color doppler ultrasonography of urinary system and residual urine volume measurement, recorded urine diary, then gave c orresponding treatment, and evaluated the clinical efficacy after 3 months of treatment. Results:Among the 314 cases of enuresis, the ratio of male to female was 1.8:1,among which the majority was aged 5-7 years(58.0%);There were 62 cases(19.7%)of bed wetting 1~2 nights/week(mild),99 cases(31.5%)of bed wetting 3~5 nights/week(moderat)and 153 cases(48.7%)of bed wetting >5 nights/week(severe).Severe enuresis accounted for 54.4% in patients aged 5-7 years,47.8% in patients aged 8-10 years, and 25.0% in patients aged 11-15 years.Bed-wetting occurred after 1am(46.2%).Nocturia possible pathogenesis factor and inducement for sleep-wake disorders(96.5%),parents' cultural level and above in high school(64.3%),family history of enuresis(42.0%),and bedtime drink more(41.7%),with wet pants during the day(35.7%),constipation(16.9%),often stay up late to stay up late(14.3%),urinary tract symptoms(11.5%),under the merger allergic disease(9.6%),adenoid body or tonsil enlargement(8.0%),tend to move more(6.7%).Under the influence of cold weather, overfatigue and the beginning of school, the aggravation of bed-wetting respectively accounted for 52.9%,27.7% and 16.6%.The number of bed-wetting per night,bed-wetting time, napping bed-wetting,awakening degree, and thecircumstances of birth were the related factors affecting the severity of enuresis(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of treatment with desmopressin combined with Chinese patent medicine was 89%.Conclusious:Enuresis in children is mostly seen in man,and most of them are aged 5-7years.The incidence and severity of enuresis decrease with age.The possible etiological factors of enuresis in children include sleep wakefulness disorder, family history of enuresis, constipation, parental education level, polydipsia before sleep, irregular sleep schedule, disease history(allergic disease, sleep apnea disorder, hyperactivity tendency),weather factors and psychological factors. The number of bed-wetting per night,bed-wetting time, napping bed-wetting,degree of awakening, and the circumstances of birth were related factors affecting the severity of enuresis. The overall effective rate of treatment with desmopressin combined with Chinese patent medicine is high.
