Objective:To carry out this clinical trial study, the clinical application and matters for attention of minimally invasive treatment of flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis with a small scalpel made by ourselves under the guidance of ultrasound were preliminarily discussed,so as to broaden the clinical treatment ideas and provide more clinical and experimental basis for the treatment of this disease. Methods:The source of the case was based on the outpatients of the Department of Osteoarthritis of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In this clinical trial,a total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were collected. They were divided into two groups according to the statistical requirements. Each group of 30 patients was treated with ultrasound-guided self-made small hook knife release treatment.Ultrasound-guided small needle knife release treatment. The cross-sectional area of the tendon at the compression point, the thickness of the tendon and the thickness of the tendon sheath were observed before and after 4 weeks of treatment. All observations were recorded and recorded, and all data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 24.0 statistical software. At the same time, the adverse reactions occurred in the study were observed and treated in time to assess their safety. Results:According to the statistical analysis of gender, age, and disease factors in the experimental group and the control group, the results showed no statistical difference(P>0.05),which was comparable. In terms of total effective rate, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was93.33%,P=0.557,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of total cure rate, the total cure rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than the total cure rate of the control group by 73.33%,P=0.039,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of active pain and tenderness score, the differences between the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant, and both groups were effective. However, the difference between the groups was better. The effect of ultrasound-guided treatment was better, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cross-sectional area of the tendon at the compression point, the thickness of the tendon at the stenosis and the thickness of the tendon sheath measured under ultrasound were statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups were effective in the treatment of stenosis and stenosis. However, compared with the differences between the groups, the ultrasound-guided treatment group had better effect and the degree of release was more complete, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided self-made hook knife therapy and ultrasound-guided small needle knife therapy are effective treatments for the treatment of flexor tendon stenosis tenosynovitis, both in improving the pain and tenderness of the affected finger, and in improving the objective indicators under ultrasound imaging.Has obvious therapeutic effects. However, the overall curative effect of the self-made hook-knife group under ultrasound guidance is better, the loosening of the tendon sheath is more thorough, and the cure rate is higher. To a certain extent, the ultrasound-guided self-made small hook knife is better for the treatment of flexor tendon stenosis tenosynovitis.
