Objective:To compare the status of finger sputum after stroke treatment with needle knife treatment and acupuncture, and to observe the modified Ashworth finger sputum scale and Fugl-meyer upper limb motor function score, and to explore the clinical significance of needle knife treatment for finger sputum after stroke. The feasibility of treatment,as well as the immediate efficacy and long-term efficacy in clinical treatment, provide a basis for clinical treatment of finger sputum after stroke. Methods:According to the simple randomization method,60 patients with post-stroke finger sputum collected in clinical treatment were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group. The basic treatment of both groups was based on conventional drugs. In combination with rehabilitation exercise treatment, the treatment group treated the upper extremity flexor extensor muscle with a needle knife, and the control group used acupuncture to treat the upper limb of the patient with acupuncture,7 days for 1 course, before treatment,1 day after treatment,4 After the treatment and 1 month after treatment, the modified Ashworth scale and Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function score were performed, and the therapeutic effect of finger licking state and upper limb motor function was evaluated after the treatment.Result:1.Before treatment, the age, gender.,duration of disease, modified Ashworth scale score,Fugl-Meyer hand movement function score were statistically tested, and the difference was not statistically significant.2.After 1 day of treatment, the needle knife was better than acupuncture in relieving acupuncture, and the recovery of upper limb motor function was better than acupuncture. The improved Ashworth scale and Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function score were compared between the two groups.Test,P<0.05,indicating that the needle knife has immediate effect on reducing hand sputum, improving the state of finger sputum after stroke, and also has obvious curative effect on the recovery of some upper limb motor function.3.After 4 courses of treatment, both groups of treatments can effectively reduce the improved Ashworth scale score in patients with finger sputum after stroke, and improve the Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function score, and can significantly improve the score. All the statistical tests were P<0.01.The difference between the two groups was statistically tested(P<0.05),indicating that both needle-knife treatment and acupuncture treatment can reduce the degree of paralysis of the finger squat after stroke and improve the motor function of the upper limbs. And the needle knife treatment effect is better than acupuncture treatment.4.One month follow-up after treatment, the modified Ashworth scale scores of the two groups were further reduced after 4 courses of treatment, and statistically tested P<0.05.The Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function scores of the two groups were further improved after 4 courses of treatment, and statistically tested P<0.05.It shows that the long-term effects of needle knife treatment and acupuncture treatment are relatively stable.5.After the end of treatment, the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically calculated as 93.33%in the treatment group and 83.33%in the control group. The total effective treatment group was much larger than the control group, and statistically tested,P<0.05.The results showed that the effect of needle knife treatment on finger sputum after stroke was better than acupuncture treatment.Inconclusion:1.Needle knife treatment of stroke after stroke is better than acupuncture treatment2.Needle knife treatment can significantly relieve the symptoms of finger sputum after stroke, reduce the degree of sputum in the fingers and upper limbs, improve the motor function of the hand and upper limbs of the patient, and the immediate effect is remarkable, and the long-term effect is stable.
